My Rating: 2.25 ⭐

The book cover is so pretty. I mean, I decided to read this one because of the book cover and also because I wanted to try an Indian romantic book. But tbh, this was quite unappealing.

One of the reasons for me to dislike this book was the language used. I mean, it sounded just like what a "typical Indian" would speak like when trying to act foreign. Whether it's about, using too many extravagant words unnecessarily or the way the MMC talks in a very casual manner (as compared to a CEO) was despicable.

Also, I would like to mention that, I am not very fond of "love at first sight" because I do not believe in it. But what made me detest this was that, the MMC married her within one and a half month from their first meeting. Like-- "Are you serious?"

Now talking about the character...
The FMC has no originality in her character. She doesn't have dreams, no ambition! Everything revolves around the MMC. I mean I understand that she loves him but from the moment she was 11 years old, she dedicated her whole life to him. "Just to him!" That's just bullshit.

Now talking about the dual POV!!! Was that even a dual POV? Everything was repeated and the perspective given from both the sides was more like it was given by the narrator and not the characters themselves.

Also one of the stupidest decisions I have ever heard! SPOILER AHEAD!
She gets to know that fiancee of the MMC is involved in sex trafficking. So she decides to wear a sexy dress and enter the bar to save the girls and help MMC (cause she was worried about him). But instead she herself gets kidnapped and was about get raped. I mean girl!!! I understand that you are thinking about him but before that, think about yourself (you had no PLAN at all). That was so frustrating to read.

The only reason I am giving it 2.25 stars is because I liked the Indian romance. I am a "sweet romance" kind of person. But even in that, there were many elements that were just like Wattpad Indian stories.

Overall, it was okayish.

Intriguing Indian Romance

Indian romance books now-a-days becoming routine and boring but this book is different. This kept me hooked till the last. The book contains everything including unexpected twist which makes the book interesting to read. Rishabh and Nishi's love was heartwarming and now I will wait for Abhishek and Kanika's story.

A huge thanks to the author for trusting me with this book. I am so happy to have taken my first dip into the intertwined Realm (the series) with this first book from the series, Forever Yours.

In the mood for a desi romance? well, then the book is perfect. I call it a quick and fun Bollywood-style romance because, like a perfect Bollywood movie romance, the book has got it all. Family, romance, quips, humour, heartbreaks and then plot twists. I loved the fact that the book sails smoothly and quickly and gives you a cosy little romance that you can enjoy as a fun weekend read with a glass of wine or as a beach read. The book is a Quick read but one which would keep you intrigued with plot turns at the moment you least expect it.

I will give it to the female character for unabashedly being in love with our male character because, from the first chapter itself, you can see the level of affection and intrigue she has towards our lead male character. So every interaction, she has with the male character is charming because it shows a level of awkwardness and cuteness that comes with when one is forced to interact with their crush. I thought it was cute and portrayed charmingly.

Everything apart, the one thing that took me by surprise in the book was the final plot twist. Personally, that took this book to another level for me as the plot twist came at a time when I didn’t expect it and the book didn’t even give a clue as to something of this major was about to unravel. The reason is because the author had cunningly given us a plot twist inside another plot twist so while one is feeling sated about having found out all the secrets and twists of the plot, the book throws another revelation and I think it is brought at a point when you were expecting everything to be wrapped up in a happy ending bow. That was well played and I loved that little mind game by the author.

I am curious to see the romance arc of another couple from this book as I have sources close to the author 😛 confirming that yes indeed the couple is getting their book. I could see the easter eggs in this book and I would love to see how that particular romance would bloom.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I would say that the book is a charming little romance that is cute, fun and filled with interesting plot turns. The book makes for a cosy little romance, filled with thrills and emotional push and pulls to keep you both engaged and relaxed.

The language was too casual for someone who is a CEO.

"searching for babes"
"easy peasy lemon squeezy"

Nick names for everyone even with short names.
The story might be good but I did not complete it. I could not. Unnecessary heavy words, casual dialogues and language were the reason I am not finishing the book.

I tried so hard but could not read more than 13 chapters. I am so sorry!

“Instinctively, he exhaled a relieved breath when her eyes peered into his soul as though asking if he was okay and happy. He felt light-hearted, like she was someone close to him, someone he could trust and love.”
This story has my favourite trope of one side love turned destiny. It has bossxsecretary trope too which makes every Indian girl swoop from the ground and remain suspended in the air. She is his light in the darkness and he is her knight in shining armour, basically the parts of their soul missing found each other.
It makes you fall in love and break your heart along the characters. It will at point make you giggle throw your hands in air and at the same time want to be the main character of the story. It is so beautifully written and describe the romance in such a manner that you would want to get in a relationship as soon as possible.
It is the story of Nishi and Rishabh who met for a very brief moment at the terrace party of Nishi when she was just 11 years old and she fell in love with the sad looking boy who just lost his mother. She becomes obsessed with him and tries her best to get a job in his company in every way possible knowing well that he doesn’t even know her existence.
But the news of him being engaged breaks her heart but she still wants to see for herself that he is happy with someone else and is never going to be hers. She gets a job in his company and shifts to Mumbai.
When rishabh saw nishi for the first time he falls in love with her and finds the peache he has been finding from the time his mother died. By an unknown string attached to their heart they keep getting attracted to each other. Rishabh goes out of his way to make her his secretary and trying every possible way to keep her close.
They aren’t even working together for a week that a tragedy happens and they’re separated which breaks nishi from within but she still has hopes that they will be together in future.
Read the story and find out are they going to meet again or their story remains just a story till the end. Thank you ma’am for giving me this wonderful opportunity to read this amazing story I hope I get to read more n more stories such as this in the furture.

Some stories possess an allure, instantly captivating you with the journey of their protagonists and make you revel in their HEA. This is one such story, which is filled with cuteness and intrigue alike.

Nishi Arora is a dreamer with stars in her eyes. After completing her MBA, she lands a job in her dream company, Singhania Enterprises, led by handsome and charming CEO Rishabh Singhania, whom she has a massive crush on. Just before leaving for Mumbai, she hears about his engagement and is heartbroken. Undeterred, she travels to Mumbai to see him in person, only to be late for her very first day at work, capturing Rishabh's attention. Enamored by her, he bends company policies and hires an MBA as his PA to get to know her under the guise of teaching her a lesson in punctuality. But fate intervenes, and their growing proximity is threatened by unknown dangers lurking around, putting their lives at risk. Will they find who is out for their lives and why? Will Rishabh free himself from the clutches of his engagement and give Nishi her HEA? Will they realize how their lives were intertwined years ago?

Rishabh is a perfect mix of swoon and mischievousness, hiding behind the façade of a stern and demanding boss. His grumpy persona sharply contrasts with the loving and loyal friend within, who loves to hang out with his bestie, Abhishek and teases Nishi endlessly, relishing the effect he has on her. The narrative is peppered with myriad cute moments between the two, evoking laughter at the fun he is having at her expense. Nishi’s innocence and funny monologues add to the story’s charm, and her reaction to Rishabh and his pranks is fun to read. Neha skillfully portrays the depth of their emotions, using humor and body language effectively. Their love is powerful, and when faced with challenges, both rise to the occasion to protect the other.

I love a story with well-etched, adorable friends. Abhishek and Kanika, Nishi’s friend, steal the show for me. The banter between the friends is hilarious, as is the epilogue. I am waiting for Abhi and Kanika’s story. A cute, short read, you’re gonna love this.

Vibe- Cozy Rom-Com, CEO Romance, Green Flag Energy, Childhood Crush, Love at first Sight, She fell first he fell harder

Rating- 4.5/5⭐

If you are looking for a book that feels like a warm hug but keeps you on the edge of your seat with some solid "will-they-won't-they" tension, Forever Yours is exactly what you need to pick up. I sat down to read a few chapters and ended up finishing it in one go, it’s just that readable! Simple writing, beautiful story, Cozy vibes, fast pacing, strong friendships, lovely family, it has everything.

Now about the MMC Rishabh Singhania 😮‍💨 I went in expecting the typical "broody, ruthless CEO" trope, and while he definitely has that intimidating aura for the rest of the world, he is an absolute softie (a total "pookie") when it comes to Nishi🎀
The man is a walking green flag! ✅ The way his possessiveness is written doesn't feel toxic; it feels protective. From firing people who make Nishi uncomfortable to ensuring she’s well-fed and safely dropped home, he sets the bar dangerously high. Also, his sudden obsession with the color black just because it matches Nishi’s eyes? Swoon👀

Nishi, the FMC is such a relatable darling. You really feel for her carrying this childhood crush for years, and watching her navigate working in his office while hiding those feelings is both hilarious and heart-tugging.

My stomach was so full of butterflies while reading this🦋. The balcony scene and the proposal🤌🏼 I was smilling and giggling like a fool😂

I have to give a special shoutout to the side characters, especially Abhishek and Kanika, who kept things lively and fun. They are such good friends. Honestly, this book is the perfect palate cleanser if you want something short, sweet, emotional, and filled with old-school romance vibes.

This book felt like a flop Bollywood movie that’s trying so hard to be romantic and intense but it just ends up being ridiculous. I was literally laughing out loud while reading, and not in a good way.

First of all, the FMC falls in love when she’s 11 years old after looking at this guy once and saying something like “he has sad eyes”. Like?? Girl, are you okay?? You’re 11. Who even thinks like that at 11?! And she basically dedicates her entire life to this one guy. She has no dreams, no opinions, no ambition her entire existence revolves around him. That’s just weird, not romantic.

Then she ends up working at his company years later, and the guy falls in love at first sight. Like legit the moment he sees her. I get fictional insta-love, but this was on another level. Bro didn’t even wait one week. He saw her and was like, “I need her to be my PA right now.” And then by Day 2, he’s already getting jealous. Like sir, calm down. You just met her yesterday 😭

Also… his name is Rishabh, and everyone calls him Rishu. I couldn’t take that seriously at all, especially for this supposed serious, powerful, rich businessman character. I cringed every time someone called him that 💀

And this man, this CEO, is just dropping her to work, picking her up every day like he has no job of his own. Do you not have board meetings or something?? It was just so, so unrealistic. And the way everything moved they literally got married in a month and had a baby within a year, and at the end he’s like “I can’t handle kids, she’ll scold me.” Then WHY DID YOU HAVE ONE?!

I was just like… what even is this book 😂 It was so stupid that it became funny, and that’s honestly the only reason I made it to the end. So yeah, 2 stars one for the effort, one for the unintentional comedy.

1.5 stars.

The plot is not predictable but it tries too much to be too many things.

The first few chapters felt like a weird concoction of 50 shades meets Ishqbaaz meets any SRK romance movie and the ending seemed to be too dragged after the big reveal. The actual mystery was okayish and unpredictable, but the tone and language used did not work for me. It felt like a decent story that was lost in translation.

While love at first sight is a trope that I do appreciate, the characters need to be fleshed out individually beyond the love. However, Nishi seemed to only exist to serve as Rishabh's love interest and that became exhausting to read. I do not think it is cute that a 11 year old girl's first crush dictates 13 years of her life and pushes her to her career choice. We do not know anything that Nishi likes beyond Rishabh and it seemed too hollow.

While dual POVs usually work well to give us perspective, repeating the same events in dual POV became a little redundant and made me lose interest in the book... I wished the author dug a little deeper and build a stronger storyline and reserved the dual POV for important events only.

PS - As someone from Navi Mumbai, it was refreshing to see the city represented, but it seemed like the author does not actually know the city she is writing about when she mentioned the closest beach to be the one 45 mins away (we have Sagar Vihar) and fumbled the whole timeline of travel to and from the city to Mumbai. It is a small qualm, but it really took away from the mystery because no, you cannot get out of the beach in Uran 10 mins before curfew and reach your Vashi hostel unless you teleport.

Picked this up on seeing some positive reviews but didn’t take long for me to wonder if I’m reading the same book as them.

*This is a rant review, and everything is just MY opinion*

Starting with the MCs, I couldn’t take Rishabh seriously at all. He had no character development whatsoever, and honestly, who talks like that? His personality screamed 2010s soap hero whose traits are random outbursts of anger and being smitten with a woman he saw all of 5 mins ago. Don’t even get me started on his friend.

Coming to Nishi, she was meant to be this devoted woman who’s head over heels in love with this guy, except that was not it. She was downright creepy. Obsessively keeping tabs on someone, collecting their pictures for years and adorning the walls of your room with those pictures, picking a career to simply get near them and making them the sole objective of your life is not cute. By any means. She was closer to getting a restraining order than a proposal if the guy was normal on any level but I think we’ve established that’s not the case.

The worst part was how she fell in love with him. What kind of a 11 year old writes a love poem like that to someone she barely knows and signs it off as forever yours? And the inner monologue on their first meet was a massive ick. The sad thing is this could have been avoided. Not to generalise but come to think of it, a lot of authors do fixate on making the FMCs as young as they legally can, even if it means making them fall in love and describe a random guy’s eyes as a 11 year old child. Like whyyyy 😵‍💫

The plot itself was a bit too dramatic and the narration did not help at all. There were predictable moments and a few plot twists as well. Most of the other characters were wasted, they either disappeared after two dialogues or were simping and shipping the couple.

I was excited to read an Indian author after a while but sadly did not enjoy this one. 1.5/5 ⭐️ rounded to 2.

First of all, I have to talk about the FMC, Nishi Arora. From the moment I started reading about her, I fell completely in love with her character. The way she loves Rishabh- without conditions, without expecting anything in return- just touched my heart. All she ever wanted was to see him happy, and that kind of pure, selfless love made me adore her even more.

And then comes the MMC...Rishabh. Oh god, I don't even have the words for how much I love this man. The way he teases Nishi, the way he loves her with his whole heart- he is literally the biggest green flag. His friend calling him "despo" actually fits him because he is so adorably obsessed with Nishi. And the banter between them? Absolutely top-tier. It made me smile every single time.

I also love how the author beautifully portrayed friendship in this story. The bond between Rishabh and Abhishek was amazing- they always stood by each other no matter what. And the girlhood between Kanika and Nishi was just as precious. Kanika's character stole my heart with her warm, kind, and supportive nature.

Honestly, I'm already excited for Kanika and Abhishek's book. I just know I'm going to love their story because they already own my heart.

And lastly, I have to appreciate Nishi's family. Her brothers and her whole family were so supportive and wholesome. Their love and protectiveness added such a comforting layer to the story.

Overall, Forever Yours felt like a warm hug- a story filled with love, friendship, family, and the sweetest kind of obsession. I finished the book with a full heart and a big smile.

The main reason I so much look forward to desi romance is the sucker in me for a tad bit Bollywood-ness (expectedly or unexpectedly) maybe it the Indian in me !!! But if your are looking for a desi romance to dive into? Look no further than this book. It's like a Bollywood movie come to life on the pages - full of family dynamics, romance, wit, humor, heartbreaks, and unexpected twists. The story flows effortlessly, offering a cozy romantic escape ideal for a weekend or beach read. Despite being a quick read, it manages to keep you captivated with its surprising plot developments.

I must applaud the female lead for her unabashed adoration of the male lead. The genuine affection and intrigue she displays towards him from the start make their interactions endearing and filled with an awkward charm that is relatable to anyone who has ever had a crush on someone.
One aspect that truly impressed me was the unexpected final plot twist. Just when I thought I had everything figured out, the author delivered a revelation that completely blindsided me. The cleverly inserted twist within a twist kept me on my toes, adding an extra layer of excitement to the story. It was a brilliant move that added depth and intrigue to the narrative.

P.S – like every good love story the couple deserves to have that one bestie and having them in the form of Kanika and Abhishek is just perfect.. hopefully something brewing between them….

I finally completed Book 1 after reading Book 2 & 3.. and now I understand why everyone is obsessed. Neha di writes the exact fantasy your heart silently craves, the kind of love that feels destined, intense & forever.

Imagine seeing a boy once in childhood and falling hopelessly in love because of what you saw in his eyes. No logic. No fear. Just devotion. That’s Nishi. And years later, when fate brings her back to Rishabh..he ends up falling in love with her at first sight too, only difference is, it’s already too late. He’s engaged.

And then comes the chaos your heart secretly loves. Working together. Him making her sit in his cabin as “punishment” picking her up every morning, dropping her every night, sharing every meal with her, never letting her out of his sight, not CEO behaviour at all.. but a man who is already in love and doesn’t know how to hide it.

Rishabh is THAT man, attentive, respectful, gentle, obsessed, protective and so in love that he would announce it to the world without thinking twice. There was a twist that broke my heart along with Nishi’s..but even then, I knew Rishabh could never hurt her. Not even in a dream.

Apart from the main couple, I loved the supportive families, the best friends, the emotional drama and the way every scene is written to hit exactly where it should. Author knows how to write emotions, straight to the heart.

If you crave a romance where love is intense, consuming, fated and forever, this book is exactly that.

Start the new year with new author, new book an excellent read

A wonderful story of a beautiful and intelligent girl Nishi Arora,aa simple girl raised in a happy environment protected and pampered by her family.and a handsome prince from a broken family and a hurtful past but the most eligible and successful bachlor.

will these two opposites attract.... Yes they do but not in a usual way we read in the books... I say this book is special because its not the usual love story . I absolutely enjoyed this read., the cute moments funny monologues of nishi makes the book unputdownable. the crush growing at every stage with the kid. Crush turning into admiration and into love. The unwavered faith in her choice is  so beautifully written. WHAT CAN A LOVE DO TO A PERSON. " Oh! How the mighty have fallen", how the ruthless business man  had turned into a prankster, a caring and a protective man, just at one glance...... Oh so wonderfully woven  story.
I just cant stop.  The author has so skillfully taken the story through love , banter between friends, family support and what story with out drama....  One has to read to know ...an excellent read !!!!

The book, Forever Yours has all the elements of a perfect breezy read. It is beautifully penned love story with a twist at least I never saw coming. The entire read was a roller coaster of emotions. It made me smile, laugh, blush, angry, sad and then, another series of blushes and then voila, a happy ending. I loved the Rishabh Singhania, his character is much more than what meets the eye. About Nishi, she is just like any twenty-three year old girl would be, dreamy, loveable and obviously like one becomes in love, believer! It isn't just another love at first sight or teenage crush story, it felt much more than that. It felt like these characters exits somewhere and there would be a time I would be able to meet them in person. The author has done a beautiful job. I am totally in love with the way she turns the grim situation into funny moments. It will make you laugh so hard you would have to put your kindle aside just to shoo away the images the writing planted in your mind.

I am eagerly waiting for Abhishek and Kanika's story. And as for this book, give it a go. It is a must read!

It is said that whatever we wish to have in life, manifest it and you get it. This story will show you how it works perfectly.

Ohh Rishabh, what should I write about you, man, you are too good. What an amazing character-building and execution. I loved this character from the moment I started reading the story. Though he was portrayed as a  Casanova, he proved himself to be the best lover. One sight was enough for him to get committed and he fulfilled it brilliantly.

Nishi, ooh my god, this girl loved Rishabh from a very tender age and manifested their future. Their path was never easy. Rishabh has so much on his plate to address, and, on that, there was a forced engagement.

Abhishek stood with Rishabh like a strong pillar; he is a friend that we all need in our lives. He is funny, charming, and the best friend one could have. I am sure he might have captured more hearts than the Rishabh 😉.
Then we have Kanika, a great friend of Nishi and Rishabh's little sis. She stood with Nishi at every step. Both Abhishek and Kanika played a crucial role in the story.

I enjoyed every bit of it, hope you do it too.

A fun romantic read, that gives bollywood vibes and feels close to heart. It was sp much fun to read that I ended up reading whole book in one day. It just flowed so smoothly.

I loved the characters depiction of Nishi, someone who is purely devoted to love that is selfless and unconditional. She has loved Rishabh since she was 11 years old. Her selfless love for Rishabh made me genuinely happy. Her interaction with Rishabh is so adorable and charming. Rishabh is very likable and jealous person. I loved his quirks, teasing personality with Nishi. Rishabh ia smitten with her. I love this trope of one sided love turning into a proper swoon-worthy relationship.

I was genuinely shocked by the plot twist. I didn't see it coming and it was totally unexpected. The author did a good job with that plot twist. The writing was familiar and easy going. There were some things which did not set well with me personally, but that's my personal opinion.

Overall, I liked the book and the plot twist a lot. If you love desi romance wuth a touch of bollywood vibes and SRK movies, then you'll love this one.

Forever Yours isn’t just a romance story, it feels like slipping into someone’s private heartbreak and watching their soul slowly learn how to breathe again.

Nishi’s love is the kind that’s raw, naive, stubborn, and so painfully real it almost makes you protective of her. You can feel her hope, her fear, her tiny heartbreaks, her stupid little butterflies, all of it. She loves the way real people love: too much, too soon, too honestly.

And Rishabh?
God… he’s the kind of man who looks strong on the outside but is quietly breaking in places nobody sees. Watching him slowly soften, slowly trust, slowly let light back into his shattered spaces, it hits you right in that soft corner of your chest you pretend doesn’t exist.

The book is dramatic, yes. Over the top sometimes, yes.
But that’s exactly why it works, because love in real life is messy and intense and absolutely ridiculous.

It’s not perfect.
But it’s human.
And that’s what makes it stay with you, the way the story asks you to believe that even the most broken hearts still deserve one more chance.

PLSS PICK UP THIS BOOK!! ITS A MUST READ 🩵💫

Forever Yours is a beautiful love story where the light of hope of getting love deemed impossible and the depth of longing of love comes alive in a soulful narration.

The story is truly entertaining with cute chemistry between the lead characters Risabh and Nishi, events full of mysterious twists and humorous conversations that makes you have a good laugh.

Nishi is truly an impressive girl who intrigues you by the hard work she did to get what she truly desired which is to work in her crush's company. Rishabh with his strict businessman attitude, fierce protector and charming loverboy is definitely a showstealer.

The dramatic events of the story which takes an unexpected twist for her best friend Kanika and her strength truly touches a reader's heart. Abhishek stands out as the true optimistic yet cautious friend of Risabh who never fails to make a joke even in tense situations and make proper research of everything.

Nishi's family and brothers and their love for each other are pure family goals. Their fun and dramatic sides are fun to read.

I enjoyed reading this 🥰🥰 it's a nice sweet , rom com filled with romance, humor , friendship, heartfelt moments and much more 😘😘 the story follows Nishi Arora — who has a crush on Rishabh Singhania —the CEO , for years and now she is working in his office . What happens when Rishabh starts noticing Nishi and if he gets to know that she has loved him since childhood or not 🤭

I loved them as a couple ❣️❣️ totally cutie pie kind of couple 🫠🫠 . Nishi's quiet love , even when everyone considered him as a playboy 🤌🤌 and Rishabh's possessiveness, 😉😉 it was going sweet sweet and then .... boom the twist ...that actually added the charm to story 😘😘 and and ..... the slow burn ....🔥🔥 they don't even kiss throughout the book , they did somewhat around last chapter 🫶🫶😉😉 that makes the story more engaging and cute ❤️

And most importantly I loved Abhishek and Kanika , the best friends 🤗🤗 I am excited to read the remaining books in the series 😍

Overall , if you want to read something light , short, romcom , with a tint of twist and drama —it would be the perfect read 🤗🤗

Forever Yours is the perfect dose of desi romance 💒, and I had such a fun time reading it 📚. It has everything I love in a Bollywood-style love story family warmth, humour, delicious awkwardness, heartbreak, and plot twists that genuinely caught me off guard. I sat down thinking I’d read a few chapters, and ended up finishing the whole book in one go because it flows so easily.

Rishabh completely surprised me. I expected a typical broody CEO, but he’s such a soft, protective green flag 💚 when it comes to Nishi his quiet possessiveness, his care, even his obsession with the colour black because of her eyes… swoon. And Nishi is adorable and relatable, especially with her long-time crush and those cute, awkward interactions.💞

The final twist was brilliantly played and took the book to another level. With engaging side characters and cosy, emotional vibes, this book felt like a warm hug with butterflies.

A good short Indian romance. It is a love at first sight trope. We follow Nishi Arora from Delhi felling head over heels 👠 with the man Rishabh Singhania who is a big tycoon from Mumbai. He had visited his Maternal uncle's place in Delhi when he was 16 years old. Nishi saw him there where Kanika her best friend was his cousin.
He had rumors of being a playboy and being in Page 3 of newspaper 📰 every day with a new girl but Nishi didn't believe them. She studied hard to join his organization. After seeing her first Rishabh also felt a connection. He sought her out and made her his assistant. But alas he was engaged 💍 forcefully to Shanaya. How he comes out her engaged clutches is to be read. A good one time read.

⭐ 1.5/5 — Disappointing despite a decent plot

Forever Yours had potential with its plot, but unfortunately, it fell flat in execution. What made it really hard to get through was the constant back-and-forth between both characters’ points of view — on almost every single page. It became repetitive and tiring, making the reading experience feel more like a chore.

The writing style also felt quite immature — more like something a beginner might write. The language was mediocre, and at times, the emotions didn’t land the way they were supposed to. While the storyline itself was okay, it got buried under the dull writing and excessive POV switching.

If the book had focused more on depth and less on repetition, it could have been much more enjoyable!

I was in a full-on reading coma.
Fifeen days. No words. No books. Just vibes. Dead ones.
The Forever Yours slid into my life like a soft eeze and said, “Let’s fix that.”
An Indian billionaire romance? Yes, please.
It’s light. It’s sweet. It doesn’t try to wreck your soul—
and honestly, sometimes, that’s exactly what you need.

The writing flows. The plot clicks.
The characters? Adorably simple. I wanted more from them,
but I still rooted for every moment.

This book felt like a cup of cardamom chai and a cozy shawl.
You don’t read it for plot twists—you read it for peace.
It’s a post-heartbreak, in-between-series, emotional detox kind of book.

If your heart needs a rest, let this book hold it.
Forever Yours doesn’t shout. It whispers.
And sometimes, whispers heal louder than screams.

Forever Yours screams desi romance in the most beautiful way! From the Delhi–Mumbai vibes to the emotional rollercoaster, this book gives full-on Bollywood feels with a mix of heartbreak and healing.

✨ Tropes I loved:
💘 Love at first sight
🌸 She falls first, he falls harder
💼 Boss x Secretary
🏢 Workplace tension
💔 Teenage pining → adult longing
🕴 Billionaire romance with broken boy energy
🇮🇳 Desi drama, family, fate & feels

I loved the way he fell for her instantly, and how their small moments—silent gazes, missed chances, and quiet confessions—slowly grew into something unforgettable.

It’s a short, sweet, and emotional read that leaves you with warm, feel-good vibes. If you love slow-burn romance, cute family drama, and a swoony hero, add this one to your TBR.

I picked this up because I love the “girl falls for the CEO” trope and this one didn’t let me down. The romance was really cute and their chemistry felt so natural.

What I liked most was how real the characters felt. I honestly thought the CEO would be the usual arrogant type but he wasn’t at all. It was refreshing to see him written differently. The female lead was easy to relate to and I liked how easygoing she was.

The plot twist literally had me jump out of my seat. My only complaint is that the ending felt rushed and the climax could have been expanded more. Still, I had a great time reading this and I’d definitely recommend it. I’m so excited for the sequel with the side characters we met here.

This was a cute cozy quick read for me, that I finished in one sitting.

I liked Rishabh's character. The broody attitude he has around others, but a pookie attitude around Nishi makes him such a green flag! His protectiveness is portrayed in the way he would fire anyone who would make Nishi uncomfortable. He would ensure that she's well fed, and makes sure to pick and drop her home. The way his character is built is beautifully done. He has a new obsession with the color black, because of her charcoal black eyes. I wished he had convinced his feelings before!

I wanted to hug Nishi, and tell her that not all battles are to be fought by her alone. Her impulsiveness had me on the edge because I was scared she might do something wrong.

The turning point, of Shanaya, literally made my eyes bulge.

All in all, I would say it was a good book. I'm looking forward to reading Neera's and Kanika's story.

Nishi just landed a job at Singhania Enterprises after completing her MBA. She has a massive crush on the CEO, Rishabh Singhania, whom she greatly admires. When she moves to Mumbai for her new job, she discovers that Rishabh is engaged, breaking her heart. However, something unexpected happens...

I loved Rishabh; he is very charming, sweet, and caring. He teases her a lot, and Nishi's reactions are priceless. Nishi wears her heart on her sleeves. The story unfolds beautifully, showcasing their connection. Abhishek and Kanika were another highlight of the story. I really hope they get their own book soon. Overall, it's a lovely story!

DNF - 77%

This one is utter nonsense tbh. The FMC is already in love with MMC and he falls in love with her in a day, just after meeting her. Their relationship was boring, basically it was non-existent. She stuttered in every conversation with the guy because she was shy and he found this stuttering cute. Cringe alert.

As for the rest of the story, it was stupid. Like FMC decided to save the MMC and go to a bar where she knew girls were sold as in sex trafficking. She didn’t have any plan. None. And then she did got kidnapped and trafficked and that’s a whole different bullshit.
