Superman just might have to team up with one of his biggest foes to save Metropolis from a mysterious planet collector.
The chapters are interspersed with comic pages. I liked the art of these illustrated panels. However, I felt they were fully integrated into the storyline. One could read the book, completely ignoring those pages and still get the full story. Sometimes while reading the comic pages it interrupted the flow of the story and didn't always make sense. I do like the bonus content at the end of the book that included sketches and final art, glossary, and visual questions. This series will likely find an eager audience in 2nd-4th graders.
