Eight months after the calamity, Seymour escapes captivity and sets out to once more attempt to kill off what little remains of humanity, the dregs of which live within massive nuclear defence centers called TerraDomes.
The eXo PRIME Armed Forces, under the command of their new leader, General Vincent Solari, mobilize to bring Moreau's apocalyptic machinations to an end.
