Taming The Alpha’s Daughter

Rate this book
For four years, Eziah has hunted for his mate. When he finds her, he doesn’t expect to find a woman who has been broken in the worst ways possible—leaving both her mind and wolf fragmented.
Confined to a cage and in total darkness for the past seven years, Temperance has been suffering at the hands of her brother. Yet when Alpha Eziah finds her, all that changes. He takes her out of her prison, showing her a world that she no longer recognizes. He says he’s her mate; there is just one problem…
Neither Temperance nor her wolf recognizes Eziah. She thinks he’s crazy for wanting to be with her, despite the fact that she’s gone mad. He thinks she’s just crazy, but he’s not willing to give up on his mate.
Temperance then finds herself in a different sort of confinement. This time, it’s not at the hands of her brother, but a self-imposed prison to protect those around her from a monster inside of her that she didn’t know she had. One that is determined to destroy everyone around her. Will Eziah be able to help pull Temperance out of her madness, or will he lose her to the monster that lurks beneath her skin?

This book is Eziah & Temperance's Story.
This is NOT reverse harem, but Rose and Casen's story is throughout it as their stories entwine.
Author Note.
This book contains strong triggers.
This book contains, strong abuse, Stockholm syndrome, Noncon, Dubcon, Domestic Violence. But rest assured it has a happy ending.

What an amazing ending to this series, Jessica brought us full circle; with her amazing writing skills and story telling. Sad it’s over but with all the twist and turns, hopefully she’ll provide us with a follow up series that continues to tell the story of the children who we just fell in love with.

Last book with all the solutions

I'm glad we got all the answers and all the solutions in that book. However, I must say that in this book I found it difficult to keep track of all the people, so I wouldn't have made a single person over earlier in the series, I hadn't been able to keep all the characters apart. Because with all those names (which all have two names in the form of their human name AND their other identity's name.

A list of names at the back of the book would be great.
Here are a few examples... (Name - Titles/infos - Other creature and its name)

Katya Hartley - Luna of Black Creek Pack/Luna Queen/Queen of Alpha/Moon Goddess - Werewolf Kora / Gemini wolf

Kyan Dominic Octavian - Alpha of Alphas (after his father Dominic) - One of Marabella's men / Blood brother to Jonah with whom he also shares his wife / 3 years older than Jonah and approx. 8 years older than Marabella - Lycra Kaif

(It should be said that in order to have a 100% overview there must also be a register of who, for example Kora and Kaif

But again it requires an overview to keep track of all the persons and their other identity's earlier lives.

I need to start by saying I have been waiting for this book for over a year. I enjoyed the story. By that, I mean, the plot and way Jessica Hall finds ways to connect back to plot points from earlier in the series is impressive. That being said, I was missing more of the actual romance within the story. The previous books in the series provide more details and scenes between the love interests, and you get to see the relationship and love between them grow, as well as the characters themselves. I think because there were two love stories being told in this book, less focus was given to the romantic relationships compared to the adversity the characters are facing. Perhaps that is my fault for having those expectations. I still believe the book was very good. I couldn’t stop reading it. That was just one aspect that left me wanting more. Again, I recommend this book!!!

I’m sorry but this author is fraud! How can you call yourself an author when you stole the concept of the author who created The Vampire Diaries!
The Gemini Twin concept was first introduced in season 6 episode 8 goes into full detail of it and it is also the basis for the spin off series Legacies with Josie and Lizzy! Yeah I’ll bet she didn’t think that anyone would catch that part.
I love how on the novel apps she claims that she’s originally the creator of this concept and is always bashing others for their work being similar to hers but, she must have really missed the part she herself is unoriginal!
Makes you wonder who else’s ideas she stole!
I won’t be reading anything further from this person!

I honestly don’t know what to say. Trauma was thrown into every storyline so casually, and it felt like new magic and curses were being added constantly.

To be honest, these books could’ve been so much longer (and way more complete) if everything had been properly worked out instead of rushed through.

The ending also felt rushed and incomplete. I had really hoped for a little overview or goodbye from all the characters we met along the way, but sadly, that didn’t happen.

Because of that, I couldn’t truly fall in love with Eziah or Temperance either, even though I had high hopes for their story.

Now I can sleep.
What a fkng journey, Jess. You really got a lot of card under your sleeve. WTF?! With everything! It was intense and insane, and with a looot of their own history and I loved that. By the end it seemed like everything was happening so fast, especially when the whole book was a kinda-slow rhythm (not complaining, I actually like it cause it wasnt that slow but not fast), but I guess, after all, it just needed to end.
Love it, you made me cry and fall in love again.
Love you, Jess. Good job.

amazing

Dang good book and story line kind of got a little jumbled because so many stories in one could of went into more detail on each story feels like 4 books wrapped in one but still great I do feel we could of got more of each set had their own book but I know it’s hard when writing connected stories but still loved the characters can’t wait for the last book obsidian king love this series

great read

This is a good book, some parts get a bit repetitive when it re-explains some things but they are important to remember. This tied together the whole series and brought back things from the first book that I never thought would come back up. I hope there is another series coming for the younger generation when they get older. As with all the other books, I love the funny banter the characters have with their wolves, esp the men.

amazing

I highly recommend this book, I love the characters and this world Jessica has created. The story line keeps you gripped from the start and delivers all the emotions from crying to laughing out loud. I enjoyed finding out more about the main characters lives and back story and definitely loved hearing more from and about other much loved characters from the series such as Kyan and his family and Katya’s family. I can’t wait for book 8

This book has no words! I loved it. It’s worth the read, I have read a few of the first books multiple times and just when I think the story is at its final end, it keeps going l! Jessica has an amazing way to keep you wrapped up in her world, following different characters story that connect all the books without leaving anyone out. Well worth the whirlwind my heart and mind experienced!

The End

This is a long one, but sooo worth it!!
It is the last book, I’m sure for now. All your questions will be answered. There are surprise alliances, people and situations. This series is worth the read.

I found this book to be a bit rushed and chaotic compared to the rest of the series. However, it still provided a satisfying overall conclusion.
