What better way to settle in than to throw a house warming party? It turns out to be a deadly dinner party and she must figure out whodunnit. A friend was the culprit. It was a mistake that turned deadly. I borrowed this book from Kindle Unlimited. This in no way affects my opinion of this book.
Two many characters, none fleshed out. Simplistic predictible plot full of weird rude people. I was surprised at how bad it was and kept thinking a twist would occur and prove me totally wrong. Sadly, that didn’t happen.
House Warming Homicide moves along nicely, introduces interesting characters, and gives a plausible solution. It was a bit confusing when we were meeting “the family” at first; because only first names were used vs the Mom, Pop, and Gram role titles.
The book was longwinded and boring. Just kept repeating itself and what policeman would permit a friend of the deceased to question everyone that was there. Very amateurish.
