I have not read cover to cover - yet, but this large book is incredible. After visiting Jordan's Bethany of the River Jordan, I know this is obvious - but it struck me clearly that these books of the bible took place in real locations. So, seeing those physical places delved into here and given context is fascinating. Hoping to finish, but it will take at least a couple years to do so.
