The Lost Wolf
Not all who wander are lost, but in a world where shifters are pressured to conform to human norms, some slip through the cracks never to be seen again.
Aric is a lost wolf. After the state broke up his pack and sent him to a foster home with human parents he lost much of his connection to the wild. Now he spends his evenings stalking bars in the hope of wanton sexual interludes.
Rian Ursa is a well to do professional psychotherapist, who just happens to be a bear shifter. He hasn't met his mate yet, and he certainly doesn't expect to in a shifter bar – certainly not whilst tasting exotic cocktails.
On a dark and sultry night, a chance meeting results in the undeniable recognition of matehood. The moment he sees Aric, Rian is smitten. But Aric doesn't seem to want to have anything to do with him - in fact, Aric seems to blame Rian for his painful past.
Cats and dogs have nothing on wolves and bears. Aric and Rian are spirit bonded mates, but will their animal attraction be enough to overcome their human differences? Or will Aric's fuck and run policy destroy them both?
THE LOST WOLF is a complete, stand alone (ie, not part of a series) romantic gay shifter novella containing erotic interludes.

It's a pet peeve of mine when a book doesn't end at 100% ugh. If I wanted to read an except I know where to find it. In any event, I like this story but it was too short and the pacing too fast. I was disappointed. I wanted more. It was hard to become invested with the MC's. cuz I didn't really know them. I do plan to read more by this author because the story/plot that's actually there is good.

Sweet story
This was sweet and simple story. Rian and Arik share a mating bond and with it there love grows. Rain realizes the power of his true nature and the he can love the simplicity of pack life.

I didn't love the story line. It was ok, but really didn't hold my interest much. Now the M/M sex holy hotness batman... it was awesome!
