I read tons of books, in multiple genres, but I tend to forget what happens in most of them. Not this one though, this one is sticking. I liked the first book in this series but I actually liked this one even better. Because of my personality, I didn't relate as much to the main character, Caroline, as I did to the main character in the first book, but I still loved pretending I was Caroline and living through her because I was definitely interested in Niko, the neighbor she had been interested in since she was a kid. I loved the tension between them over the years, as this is a slow burn romance. I loved how things were tied together from the beginning of the book to the end which led to some things that I didn't see coming. Just enough spice if you are looking for that in a book. There aren't many romances that I would read twice but I would read this again.
