How I can become a better leader
It is hard becoming a good leader. This book have highlighted on ways to be a better leader. To identify the needs of your chapter and its members.I never want my members to feel that I am dictating to them. First as a leader you have to find what each member has to offer to the chapter by doing so you can move onto finding the best person suitable for the task at hand. This book pointed out ways to best show you as the leader to identify what special talents each member has. This way you can find the best person suitable for your program at hand.
Help you recognize what you already have in your chapter. Ways to give back to the community. Everyone want to feel important ways to use it.

I swear it's the same things written in the book, Lodge Leadership. Nonetheless if women follow the same advice, then they can make their team successful too.
