This is an illustrated book for young children and I highly recommend it.
Nest talks about various kinds of nests and how birds use them.
The author, Precious McKenzie, is an extremely prolific author of well-researched and well-written books on a wide variety of topics for children.
The illustrations are both charming and scientifically accurate. The illustrator, Jennifer Ard, has a biology degree in fish and wildlife ecology. The book includes a wonderful section at the end in which Ard talks about "nest facts."
