Days of Want is a high-octane, post-apocalyptic, EMP thriller series.
Audible--good story, but not the best of this genre I've listened to. I hope we don't have an EMP in my lifetime--I don't think I'd do very well!

I enjoyed the series and can say that I am happy with the way that everything was put more in realistic terms for an EMP situation. Character development could have been a little better and some added detail could have been given towards the end , but, otherwise I am happy that I read it
This has got to be my favorite apocalypse series to date! Maddie and the crew kept me on the edge of my seat. World building was well done, and realistic- scary AF! CAN'T wait for the next installments and possible spinoff.
I was on the edge of my seat reading this series. Sometimes I'd get so upset or anxious that I'd have to stop and walk away for a few minutes. Such a wonderful survival series and fear that this could some day be true.
My only complaint is that Maddie, (the main protagonist), only seemed to get exercise by rolling her eyes and taking a stance by putting her hands on her hips to show her displeasure.
