Highly recommendable book if you were into HPT (Human Performance Technology) or seeking idea to solve issues in your organization technically with proper strategies process. The book consists of few case studies and the one related to school Balance Scorecards really helped me to form my strategies linking Behaviour Engineering Model with Rummer Nine Performance Metrix. Though the theoretical part was quite dry to read, the case studies will increase your engagement with the content.
As far as textbooks go,this was a good one. Read it for my graduate school class. Each chapter had cute cartoons at the beginning to help frame what the chapter would be about. Learned all about Robert Gilbert’s BEM and read lots of case studies as our group worked on our own case study related to COVID-19 and online learning.
