Cristina Savage couldn’t really explain it. She had always been a confident, ambitious, and strong woman, but somehow, she allowed a man to strip her of her self-love and sense of worth. For six years, she pledged her love and loyalty to someone who deserved neither, and the result of that was allowing who could have been the love of a lifetime to walk right out of her life. Now, she had found the courage to put herself first and leave a relationship that had never served her, and that lost opportunity from years past is all that’s on her mind…
Aaron Legend was living the life. His businesses were flourishing, his family supported him through everything, and he had finally settled down with one woman. Everything seemed to be going great for him, but whenever Cristina was in his presence, he felt a pull toward her, letting him know she was exactly what his life was missing. The problem was that she was committed to a man who didn’t deserve her. Aaron wasn’t one to beg, so he gave up on the idea of them together, but he was never quite able to rid her from his system.
A wedding weekend in Greece draws them close, then a terrible fire at Crissy’s place of business forces them even closer. The time spent together reveals truths about their bond that oneof them may not be ready for. Their connection is undeniable, and their chemistry is off the charts. Loving each other comes as easily to them as breathing. Still, past and current relationships drive them to a place of uncertainty about their future together.
Will Cristina allow the past to keep her from happiness, or will she surrender to Aaron’s pursuit of her and finally experience the love of a Legend?
I wasn't expecting this story to be this good. And I do not know what I was expecting. I am happy to say this friend of the family to lovers story was good. Crissy had the cutest damsel in distress vibe. Aaron or Air was too sexy for his good. I hope to find out if the twin had a twin, or If the twin had twins.
Those Legend Brothers are big pressureee! Are they available on Amazon, or.. asking for a friend. Kidding.
Loving A Legend was a beautiful story that I finished in one sitting. Aaron and Crissy were previously mentioned in A Legendary Love and their story did not disappoint. Crissy was in a stale relationship with a narcissist and Aaron was settling with a woman who was not his equal. The author did a great job showing their sexual tension, the contemplation of exploring a relationship, and their aha-moment of being in love. Their close proximity encounters made it challenging for them to not give into the temptation, but I feel it was worth the wait when they finally crossed the line. 😮💨 I adored Aaron; he was truly everything that Crissy needed and he poured life into her every chance he could. Crissy had me worried a few times and I kept thinking, “please don’t fumble the bag, sister!” I appreciated the emphasis on healing, therapy, forgiveness and the importance of family. I understood why Aaron was reluctant to forgive his mother but it was necessary. I think it also helped him to love and understand Crissy, even more, because he was healing his inner child. Guys, I loved them so much! Their banter, the pettiness of Aaron, and the proposals! All the feels!
I loved everything about Crissy and Air! Who wouldn’t swoon after a man that shows up for you in every way even before you’re his lady. Air was a true and real one. I’m so glad Crissy finally recognized and cut that narcissist off. Jazzy was a perfect and unexpected addition to the family too. The healing and love made this a feel good read for me.
Aaron and Chrissy stressed everybody out with the back and forth. Aaron and his ex girlfriend situation was weird. I am happy the couple finally got together after all of the back and forth.
If you are not a fan of slow burns and an indecisive main character this may not be for you.
I wish we had a follow up about what happened with Chrissys shady ex Akim and were able to experience a longer period of Crissy and Aaron together as a couple. Overall I liked this story.
I enjoyed this story of Crissy and Aaron Legend Crissy wanted a love that she saw around her not realizing that it was within her reach with Aaron instead she allowed herself to remain in an illusion of what true love is This story centers on her finding her way to true love and happiness in Aaron It was great the way the story unfolds and the characters were relatable The only thing I didn’t like was not reading a wedding scene I was grateful for the epilogue since so many authors don’t include that at the end of their stories and it leaves the reader with questions but this one gives us closure but it would have been great to see the couple wedding especially after their proposal Overall I highly recommend this very enjoyable book
This was my first book from this author. I liked the story and plot. The romance was there. The spice wasn’t my cup of spicy but I can see this being for someone. My major grip is that it was a story with some dialouge, I prefer a book from the characters point of view whereas this spoke in a 3rd person/narration pov
Air was my guy, he applied pressure from day one! Now I wish he hadn’t played with himself and that girl but it was like they both knew, and they were adults about it once things finally came to a head. And she was willing to help them with that legal situation , she was a real one. Chrissy almost lost her man doing dumb stuff. She had me a lil hot lol, but now that proposal dinner…girl I know you love him but STAND UP!!
I was really enjoying Loving A Legend and then the MMC, Aaron's long lost sister showed up at his barbershop the same day that he and the FMC, Crissy, finally got together. And it has been downhill ever since. I am not sure why a character like Aaron would want a long-lost sister or would've been open to having permanent custody of a sibling he did not know. Especially when you consider that the MMC is a product of rape. As the book progressed, I failed to feel the connection between the FMC and MMC. The author did a better job of describing the couple as a pair of pining lovers, but as an actual intimate couple, everything fell flat. Even though I've made it so far in the book and I'd usually finish reading at this point, I've lost all interest in the story and the characters.

This was so cute. The romance between Aaron and Cristina. Aaron and Aason getting a sibling was a sweet. I was so happy that Cristina got herself out of that terrible relationship with akim. She let herself love and beloved the way she deserved. Also I'm telling you right now if my man in the future don't come correct like Aaron came with Crissy than he need to exit stage left. AIR BDE WAS BIG BIG!!! This was a new to me author and now I gotta go back and like read some of the other books about previous characters because this was really really good.
This book was really good. I'm glad we got to catch up with Ace, Demi and the twins. Chrissy like so many woman felt stuck in a relationship that was not good for her mentally. Air knew exactly what he wanted however, he knew she had to see what she deserved on her own. I really appreciated Kayla she was like yeah this ain't working but with us, but wasn't bitter and really showed up for Air and Jazzy. I enjoyed this book but what happened to Akim I need to know.
I can't wait to share this book with my daughter and friends. So many of my loved ones are dealing with narcissists, and this book was an eye-opener. I love how it gave examples, how therapy sessions went, and so forth. How C was able to love herself and see that someone loved her for how she was. You'll laugh, cry, and feel like you're a part of this family. Definitely 10 stars!
This was an alright story, I have to say Chrissy annoyed the life out of me, she was a whiny, crying dingbat who was truly immature. Air wasted to much time on the Kayla situation I was glad when she broke up with him in such a mature fashion, and was still cool with him. I would have liked for Chrissy to have that end of the relationship talk with Akim to at least curse him out. Pl it was never said what happened to him after burning down her shop.
I really loved this story. Aaron is a top tier book boyfriend and I loved every minute of this book. Second chance romance is starting to become my favorite troupe and it was done so beautifully here. I could really invest in these characters and at no point was I annoyed with how much the FMC was blocking her blessings like in some other books, she eventually figured it out, and it wasn’t too drawn out.
This was an awesome story. Only wish I knew what happened to Akim. I loved the family dynamics. Everyone was great for each other. Great way to add a twist by bringing Jasmine in the mix. Good reading. Air and Crissy had their issues but trying to figure out their outcome was interesting. Now we need to get Joseph and family in the Legend mix….
I've enjoyed this book. I love the title, and I would recommend this book. I love that Air was the opposite of the ex loser and that Chrissy finally got herself together. I also enjoyed the twist in the story. It was a pleasure as always reading your books 🥰.
I waited a long time for this book to be released, but it was well worth the wait. I love this entire family, but Air’s outspoken nature keeps me in stitches!!! I hope another installment is on the way. What happened to Akim? Will Terri find love? I’ll be waiting.
I’m so glad my good sis knew her worth and moved tf on! The rose colored glasses were removed and she actually saw the truth… Siri play Lover over me By Monica because this book gave me all the feels 😩❤️.. Being with someone who does NOT play about you is really the ultimate flex. Love watching both of them grow in this book not only individually but together…
Can help build your confidence. Chrissy allowed her ex to steal her joy! Her confidence! All to make her feel guilty and not shine! But things changed once she realized her value and giving Air a chance to make her happy. An uplifting and understanding read!
Fantastic I want to love a Legend.💞💞 I'm adding Aaron/Air to my list of book boyfriend for 2024. Glad Chrissy got her HEA. The family vibe was awesome. This book touch on mental illness, racism, rape, and arson. One question what happened to Akim, Chrissy controlling ex? 🤔🤔Sex scenes were 🔥🔥🔥🔥kudos to the author👏🏾👏🏾
Air was a man’s man! Hard when necessary and soft with those he loved. Crissy had to find herself and then be accepting of love. I want to know what happened to ole boy! I guess my imagination will have to suffice!
A good read that is well written with a steady flow. With likeable characters that are well developed and have a little drama in their lives. I enjoyed the storyline and their journey to love.
This dance between C and Air was entertaining. I’m glad we see C realize that her ex is not it and remove herself. Air had his ways about him but he was for her!
Yesss definitely a winner hands down the chemistry between characters was unbelievable simply amazing ❤️❤️I couldn't put it down loved it yesss one of my favorite 😍
Love the legends Air was everything Love the chemistry Love the drama What happened to Akim? Looking forward to update story and friends of legend story
C and Air are just perfect! So happy they finally stop BSing around. Great story development and plot! Will definitely be reading more work from this author!
