A very good guide book explaining how meditation can help you write by keeping the brain in the right state of vibration. Many techniques explained.

Not a one time read. I will refer to it time and again.

The title is misleading. It's not much of a writing guide, and the information on meditation is mostly so generalized as to be useless. If the author keeps referring me to other books on the subject, why not just go straight to other sources and skip this middle step?
