With the right methods the unreachable becomes simply natural. Buckle up; the engine of self-realization is about to be unmasked.
Forrest gives a very direct and understandable perspective on the practice of yoga and meditation in a very simple way. There is not a lot of fluff. Every page and paragraph is well informed. Thank you!
Mr. Knutson’s expositions are clear and empirically sincere. This is a green offshoot from the Kriya Tree planted by Paramahansa Yogananda in America a hundred years ago. Gurudeva is proud of his chela.
This is the kind of book one must return to it from time to time. I feel as I'm not yet prepared to fully grasp it message. Nonetheless, I was able to get benefit from it.
Written by yogic YouTuber Forrest Knutson, this accessible, short exploration into the basics of Kriya Yoga are presented with the energy and enthusiasm of someone very excited to share what they've learned. A must read for fans of Forrest, and a worth the while of anyone interested in a relatively down to earth take on Kriya Yoga.
