WOW

And I thought part one had its share of drama. Part two is really intense. Tonic isn't the only one living life on the DL, seems as though everyone he has been in the drug game with is as well. Paris is a very damaged young girl from being sexually and mentally abused. I was shocked by how she betrayed Tonic, the one person who actually cared about her well being. Poor Stuart, don't know how he is going to survive in his new environment. Have to see how Paris life turns out now that shes a mother. On to part 3.

Just Wow

I mean Tonic knew he couldn’t trust his family and kept going against his better judgment. Paris is beyond a typical child and needs a psychiatric ward. She was too far gone when he met her. Hands down a good story, but I wish Tonic and Stuart could have had their ending. Overall a good story.

At this point, everyone is DL 😅 not shocking tho based off the way they was acting. I felt for Paris in the beginning, I really did. But that shit she pulled at the end had me looking at her sideways! I lowkey want Tonic to win. So many people turned on him it’s insane. I want him & Stuart to live their truth but whew I highly doubt that will happen.

Gritty Story

There were parts of this story that were hard to read....but necessary for the story. I appreciate the risk the author takes telling this story, its a sad tale but a true to life one in many people's lives.

unapologetically intense

This book touches on some of the darker truths no one will talk about, and the twist at the end might have had me angrier than the characters who experienced it. Great series

wish for a better ending

I liked he cared enough for his sister to try and get her help.
I don’t like what she did to him and Stuart

One dimensional and without substance, graphic and unreal at times, but again wild enough to be entertaining.
