This is the way my family made them

I have, however, seen giant Yorkshire puddings where the meal was inside. That was the fashion in northern Cheshire and Debyshire. However, you can't just scale. A Yorkshire pudding is a partially self-collapsed bread and it takes skill to have it collapse right.
