CJ grew up as a military brat. During her childhood she lived in North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Texas, Hawaii, Jamaica, and Virginia. Currently, she and her family call Northern Virginia home.
She's been a writer as long as she could hold a pencil. She writes horror, suspense, and thrillers. Her first published work--The Wedding Feast--was inspired by a vivid nightmare. Since then she's explored her journey through darkness by mapping out several short stories and a series of novels. More than just the creep factor, CJ enjoys delving deep into the psyche of her characters.
When not chained to her laptop, she enjoys working out, baking, and painting.
