Aubrey Johnson is a preacher and pastor with both a Doctorate in Leadership and a Master of Divinity. This book is a very valuable and practical guide to the ministry of encouragement.

Highly recommended for those starting in leadership positions as well as those serving in the Church. The Barnabas Factor is full of helpful information although a little dry in its presentation.

I did this as a study with a friend, and life interrupted us multiple times. BUT the study was really good and lead us to grow spiritually and actively reflect on how we were doing as encouragers.
