Richard L. England is a chartered mechanical engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in the United Kingdom. He has worked in the oil industry for more than thirty-five years on both sides of the Atlantic. He and his wife have two children and live outside Houston, Texas, where he holds a senior position at an international energy company. Quick Draw is his first novel.
