The publishing outreach he founded, Faith Library Publications, has circulated worldwide more than 65 million copies of books by Rev. Hagin, Rev. Kenneth W. Hagin, and several other authors. Faith Library Publications also has produced more than 9 million audio teaching CDs.
Wonderful, full of real life stories, testimonies and biblical principles. The God-kind of love has nothing to do with becoming a doormat and everything with becoming like Jesus. What struck me especially is the connection between unforgiveness and not receiving one's healing. As usual, Kenneth Hagin explains the Bible with the Bible. I wish I had read this a long time ago!
The Bible tells us to make the love of God the greatest quest of our lives (1 Cor 14:1). No one examines or unloads this better than Kenneth E. Hagin. He says, “The answer to so many of life’s problems is found in this statement: God’s love never fails! Therefore if you learn to walk in love, then you’re never going to fail either.” This book can change your life.
I have watched the videos on this topic and it was an eye opener, I have a long way to go. Lord help me to learn to be quick to forgive and forget the wrongs that have been done to me and to walk in love as you outlined and stipulated in 1 Corinthians 13. I know with God all things are possible so if you say I can do it than I can. Bless the name of Jesus!
Oh my my.... I have read this book so many times. I am now on my 4th or probably 5th time of reading this book. Its my compass whenever I start getting upset about things. It a real life testimony of how it is possible to walk in God's love
This book looks at the importance of God's love to make faith work as well as the need for us to hope for faith to give substance to our hope.It tells us that human love according to the writers bible interpretation can turn to hatred overnight but God's love can't.The writer quotes 1Corin 13:4-8 of the Amplified to say love is "not jealous and is kind and patient".This to my mind strenghten the fact that the bible doesn't encourage promiscuity or polygamy whether for the man or woman with several wives or husbands. It is an admonition or disposition to believe nothing bad about anyone though this is contradictory in itself except allowed for a probe but does the writers view allow for a probe? It is one that encourages trust positively if all parties on earth are truly kind and patient and encourages negatively trust where parties on earth are unkind calling for ones probe of their unkindness and rape. The writer speaks of aiming for God's love. The love of Christ and salvation which takes us from death to life, from spiritual death to eternal life as born again and makes the born again a new(earn hue) creature, their spirits having being recreated.According to the writer,God's love forgives(Fore-gives to benefit you(both you and the hue with hue as prefix for human). It preaches keeping our hearth right and walking in love to receive from God by receiving your healing(HE-LEE-IN/INN).It tells us to judge ourselves so we won't be judged by being sure we are doing the right thing ourselves. It tells us to love our enemies or sinners(sceners or sea-nas with na for go in ikwerre language in Nigeria or sea-inas with Ina for mother in ijaw) or those that are enemies of the cross of (
Awesome teaching about how to overcome our human nature with the love of God, so that we can be blessed in life. The love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit, and when we practice that love as Christians, we can have favor with others. I learned that the reason many are ill, not only physically but also mentally, is because of not exercising the love of God. So many quarrels and arguments would be quickly ended if only we applied what the Word tells us to do to our own life. I learned so much from this book, and I recommend it to any believer!
our LordGodJesusChrist isthe wayto victory, dear brothers and sistersin Christ.unfortunately kenneth hagin was full with bitterness, self piti and his stomak was his God according to this book love is the way tovictory.the Kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but justice , peace and joy of the HolySpirit -says the Lordbecareful what to write.and see Philipyletter forHeavenlycitizenshipwith love, servant of God new jerusalem (God given new name)
This book will change your life as the word of God challenges us to rise to a new level of living. Walking in God's kind of love. Very scriptural with greT practical examples.
Golden !! This book is a light and revelation on God's love towards us . And shows us the way to live and be better by having actions of love in our heart and true character to always forgive and forget even before being wronged as lack of forgiveness can cause sickness and diseases.
A bit repetitive, but maybe that is just the right way to teach, to get the point through. Otherwise, on every page I thought yes, that is exactly what the world desperately needs to get back on the right track. Written with heart, thankful for having found it by chance.
Page turner. There are lots of anecdotes. But there's also deep truth simply communicated. All the scenarios just go to show the facets we can allow God's nature dominate us and 'work no ill to our neighbors'. This is one to read twice a year at least.
Dr. Hagin provides practical examples to explain the scriptures. He even transparently gives examples in his own life in which he chose to walk in love.
This book centres on the multidimensional advantages of walking in love especially in our relationship with men. When I read it in 2013, I realized why Hagin was a sweatless conqueror. The unconditional love of God in his heart connects him to God effortlessly. In this book, Hagin exposes the greatest christian virtue and shows how we can experience all-round victory on earth by engaging the power of love. "All of my christian life, I've always refused to habour the least bit of animosity, ill will, or wrong feelings toward anyone. I won't entertain it for a moment. It is like habouring the thought of stealing or murder" -Kenneth Hagin
You see, so many times, instead of accepting our responsibility as Christians, we want God to do all the work in our spiritual growth and development. We expect Him to supply more of something He has already provided, when it's really our responsibility to see to it that we develop our love so it can grow and increase. (P. 93)
This is one of the best, yet most challenging, book I have ever read. As children of the Most High God, we are to walk in His love. For God so loved the world. As He loves, so must we love. Brother Hagin details how walking out of love and failing to forgive others can lead to sickness and disease in our bodies. Brother Hagin did not just talk the talk of love but walked the walk of love.
