Steven Hartman presents an interpretation of the Bhagavad Gita, the classic Indian text about Arjun and Lord Krishna in an audio format. He does not interpret the text word for word, but rather gives the essence of the meaning of the text through stories and anecdotes.

Hartman has lead a life based on spiritual practices, living in an ashram, doing intensive meditations, etc. He's gotten married and is a father, so his range of life experience is vast. He's got a nice and informal way of presenting the material.

This is a great resource for anyone who is really digging into the meaning of life, death, or is seeking answers to the big life questions.

In a very simple way, Steve Hartman explain the Gita's beautiful teachings, it includes some meditation exercises so you need to listen to the book in a relaxing moment (so I'll have to listen to it again!)
