Rate this book

Desperate to elude capture and the gallows, and with her crew on the brink of mutiny, she has a chance run-in with the biggest and most feared maurader of the new world: Captain Cannonflash Jones! While she knows nothing of this massive man, womanly need is overwhelming and the danger that surrounds him draws her like a bee to honey.

However, not all is as it appears. Captain Jones is a pirate, after all, and the reward that hovers over Rose is huge and tempting. But other forces aret at work, forces she has no control over, and her daily struggle to survive and elude capture plunges her neck deep into affairs she had never thought she would become a part of.

If you liked "Pirates of the Caribbean" you'll enjoy ROSE O'SCARLETT AND THE VENGEANCE OF CANNONFLASH JONES, a pirate novel for adults. I loved it.

From the lurid (and accurate)cover featuring Rose O'scarlett herself to "the end," J.R. Knoll entertains his readers royally. This really is a pirate action adventure book, with a bit of romance added in. It features exciting sword fights, beautiful women, handsome pirate kings, sea battles, dastardly villains and even a few "you savvy" and "poppets" thrown in for good measure.

Better than a movie, this tale of pirates and remarkable women on the high seas kept me reading it all week.

A rollicking, swashbuckling pirate adventure

Ready to sail with pirates? This tale will keep you spellbound. There's swordplay, battles at sea, capture and escape, heroes and villains, and of course lady pirates.

When Captain Rose O'Scarlett of the Scarlet Dragon meets Captain Cannonflash Jones of the Black Dragon, things start to happen, and the action doesn't slow down.

WARNING: Rough sex and implied rape (off the page)
