This book serves its purpose for sure, but it definitely feels a little dated with the way it discusses gender/sex/sexuality, which distracted me. I was still able to learn a lot, but I wanted to put that out there for anyone who is more fluid in their gender/sex/sexuality like me. I’ll definitely be looking for more modern writings about chakras to supplement my knowledge.
