A very light information about Project Management but still useful. It show you the different escenarios you might encounter and how you should face it to succeed.

It covers all important aspects of project management. It explains difficult topics in simple ways. It talks about defining true needs, building a solid team, performing financial analysis, determining stakeholders' needs and requirements, the significance of effective communications and several other important aspects of project management.
