Raluca M. Matara writes romance and women’s fiction that celebrate diversity and center LGBTQ+ identities—with a special focus on sapphic love.

A Romanian who publishes exclusively in English (she blames her brain’s default settings), Raluca occasionally genre‑hops when a story demands a different canvas—always with authentic emotion and strong character arcs.

When she’s not writing, you can find her working on a new drawing, devouring books, or at her nine‑to‑five corporate job.

Happily partnered, she believes the best love stories are lived first and written second.

Loved this book. It's full of surprises. It has a character, Rachel, I feel close to my heart. But most of all turns the table and makes you see things from someone else's perspective. Even if it is a tale of a sort there is no true good or evil. Just people, trying their best, failing or succeeding, but always fighting to be loved as they are.

This was so fun to read. Between the multiple povs, the contrasting characters, and all the twist and turns, I was definitely kept on my toes with this one!

I really liked the way the information was slowly delivered. You got enough to understand what was happening but you knew there had to be more than that going on. And there was!

I very much enjoyed all the different characters and how unique each one was. How different their perspectives were.

And when I tell you there were constant twists and turns and things being revealed... it was definitely fast paced and kept me interested.

I really enjoyed how it all wrapped up... and then the end still surprised me.

Give this one a try if you are looking for a new take on the romantasy genre.
