Clint Kelly was an American writer and communications specialist who spent three decades at Seattle Pacific University, where he profiled hundreds of individuals for the institution’s publications and fundraising materials. Known for his wit and insight, he contributed to Christianity Today, Reader’s Digest, and Family Circle while also authoring 17 books. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Kelly initially pursued a degree in forest technology before moving to Canada, where he worked at a boarding school in Manitoba. Upon returning to the United States, he settled in Everett, Washington, with his family. In addition to his writing career, he was a dedicated elder at Westminster Presbyterian Church for four decades and a sought-after speaker at writing conferences.
