Nothing here to recommend. It reads like my sister and her friend wrote it from Wikipedia. The facts that they are trying to present are often contradictory and some are just wrong.
I realize this a tad old but the research was on studies averaging about 30 people. No facts given. Everything is “might” or “may” or just left dangling. There is nothing medical about the expertise. I had to look up what FC&A was. It’s a Georgia company that sells random ( that sound kinda medical) books that seem to be aimed at the elderly, and various creams for arthritis pain. I kid not.
