Hi hello this is Nick Grubbs here. I'm pretty new to the world of writing so this is all very weird to me.
MacBethany has been a passion project of mine for years and I'm really glad people are taking an interest in it. It's going to be a five book series and Book Two is coming very soon. Other books/series are coming soonish, too!!
If you'd like a copy of any of my books and don't want to pay for it, just shoot me a message and I'll send you the PDF. I really don't mind lol. All I ask is you give it a review so more people see it one day!
This is better than the first one but still not my cup of tea but I will say that the open few pages did make me sit up and applaud, as it was nice to hear some similar views written down. However, it is more of the same machinations, although they are very clever. It was nice that the plots were cleared up. My biggest criticism of this is the flashbacks as they seem pretty pointless in most parts except the ones involving Grace, in fact they almost confused the story, there was very little to difference in what was happening for some of the characters, that made it pointless boring reading and really muddling, so i took a little break. Yes there are twists that are surprising, and there are characters that I do root for, but had it made it up enough for me to actually want to buy the next copy to find out what happens? Not quite, but nearly!
