The background for this story is as sad as I've ever encountered in a Drarry fic.

Five years ago a plague hit the wizarding world. The purer a person's blood, the more severe the plague hit them. For some reason, Harry was immune. The entire Weasley family got sick, and Harry started trying to help research a cure. He wasn't in time to save any of the Weasleys, but he did help save Hermione--but not before she's left with some debilitating aftereffects.

Hermione's moved to Australia to continue her research, so Harry has basically been all alone for the last 5 years, and has taught himself how to blow glass as a hobby.

Luna shows up on his doorstep one night and asks Harry to come help. She says St. Mungo's has a patient they're afraid might have a mutated form of the plague, and Harry's still the foremost expert on how to treat it.

Much more serious and atmospheric than I'd expected from a Drarry fic, but very well done.

A plague is hitting all the purebloods, and Draco is sick. Harry has become the foremost expert on the plague after the loss of nearly everyone close to him, so he's called in to help Draco, since no one else wants to.

Very good story, does rely on some miscommunication and fear to reveal true feelings.
