A deeper look at the SoS world

I very much enjoyed the second installation in this series, even with the second story being vastly different from the first. In this story, we dive deeper into the world in which Oz is from and the people of the village. We watch a modern society unfold, and a lot of science and fabrication takes place, reminiscent to a Jules Vern novel. There was still a bit of spice with the introduction of two new couples and the pacing stays consistent through a multi pov as adventures, fighting for survival, and the onset of war all take place in this sequel to Star of Sagittarius.

Sci-fi Romance Wowzers

FINALLY BOOK 2 HAS BEEN RELEASED!! Book 1 left us on such a cliffhanger that I could not wait for book 2. Without giving away any details about the book I think I went through every emotion that I possibly could in this book. I loved going on this journey with all the characters, and I cannot wait to continue the journey into book 3!!!

This is book two of my favorite spicy romance fantasy/scifi fi book from last year (Star of Sagittarius). I liked this one a little less than the first book, I think mostly because I got lost in the world building vs getting to know the characters. I enjoyed the spice more in the first book. But I’m still fully invested in the story, and can’t wait for book 3!

Yes, yes yes this one was even better than the first and I absolutely loved the first book so that’s saying a lot. She goes off with a bang with her world building. I cannot tell you how much I love the world building. Bring him back to the main character from the first book she’s got her Powers or gifts. If you will it brings the story to a whole different feel. It’s so good must read.

📚 I loved this book so much that I raced to book 3 Janus without leaving a review. Can I tell you August is my man. I love him every which way to Sunday! He has had a difficult life since losing his best friend Oz when Oz was banished from the village. He decides he is going to find his friend, no matter what.
🌍 The world building is chefs kiss in this book. You will feel like you are on this planet, side by side with August, Jael and Oz. It’s not just the village or the dangerous forest where August finds Oz but there are other places. When partners Callum and Jacob go on a covert secret mission, well, let me just say you may lose your lunch … a couple of times. what they face is the worst and best chapter in this book. Planet Portum deserves an extra five 5️⃣ ⭐️ for the image that still lives in my head! 🤭 yeah thanks Lauren!
💖 The foracity (intense desire for knowledge), the strength of will, the firm loving friendships you will find in this book will make it your favourite, I assure you!
⭐️ This is a five star read that I absolutely recommend!
