It was supposed to be the trip of a lifetime for me and my buddy Drew to celebrate our retirement from twenty years of military service.Being Navy SEALs, it's all about the water for SCUBA diving – Costa Surfing and kite surfing – Partying and R & R on the beach.
But fate had other plans. A chance encounter with a battered and disoriented woman left for dead on the side of a road in Mexico stops our vacation dead in its tracks.
She’s an enigma -- a 'Jane Doe' -- with trauma-induced amnesia and a mysterious, fresh scar she knows nothing about. This is a situation we soldiers would call a "Soup Sandwich" in the field. Our default M.O. is to protect and serve, so we can’t just ditch on her. She’s terrified and begs us not to involve the authorities. We work to piece together the mystery of this woman's past and present and fear that this has all the markings of a Cartel human trafficking operation.
As trust deepens and friendship blossoms, the line between duty and desire starts to blur.
Is this love amidst the chaos or is 'Jane' just craving safety and security?
And then a new revelation changes everything.

I have read a few books by Kellen Knox and with each book I find myself liking her more and more as an author. SEALing Her Fate is my absolute favorite book Kellen has written to date. Her approach with this story was a little bit different than her previous books, and I must say she did an amazing job. I always appreciate when an author can change their writing style in a way that doesn't determine whether the book is good or not. I feel Kellen is a very gifted author and the way she delivers her stories proves her mastery with words. Kellen was able to draw my attention from the moment I began reading the first page and made it impossible for me to put this book down until I reached the end. The plot for SEALing Her Fate was most definitely original and I cannot remember reading anything with a storyline like this one. This book had everything - wonderful characters, excitement, mystery, spicy scenes, and plenty of action making for a very entertaining read. Kellen also had me feeling all kinds of emotions throughout the story and I may have cried a little bit too. I am super excited to read the next book in the Forget-Me-Not Series. Hopefully Kellen won't keep her fans waiting for too long.
Jane Doe was a very timid and frightened young lady who suffered from a very traumatic event leaving her with amnesia. Dumped in a remote area bruised, disoriented, and in serious need of help.
Will was a retired Navy Seal who happened to be an absolutely swoon worthy alpha male. He was very outgoing, charismatic, and had all of the ladies flocking to him. Will was protective by nature and very empathetic towards other peoples struggle as well as intuitive of their needs.
Drew was a retired Navy Seal who was also engaged to love of his life. He was not very outgoing, but when it came to his friends he relaxed and knew how to have fun. Drew was a good man who looked out for others. He was a medic which gave him the ability to assess and take care of wounds. He was caring and nurturing by nature.
Nyssa was excited to finally remember her name, and other pertinent information that was important to ones identity. She was a very outgoing and thoughtful person. Nyssa also happened to be a worrier and found herself anxious about the reason she was in Mexico in the first place. Nyssa was also an intuitive woman and was concerned about her missing friend and boyfriend.
Mia was a very bubbly person who loved life. She had the ability to talk others into having fun as well as making the most of every moment. Mia did suffer a little bit with self-esteem issues, but also had a very driven personality.
Brad was very good at hiding things from others and keeping a low profile. He had issues with showing affection towards others and came across as emotionally distant and detached. He appeared to really only care about himself.
Will and Drew were on a vacation to celebrate their retirement and just have some fun with no worries. Their last stop before heading home was Mexico. One evening while driving back to their bungalow after dinner they come across a woman on the side of the road in need of serious help. Jane Doe has no recollection of her name, the reason she was in Mexico, and whether or not she came alone or with someone. The guys decided to take her back to their bungalow to give her first aide and try to help her recover from what appeared to be a case of amnesia. Jane and Will are drawn to one another and ended up sharing an evening of passion together leaving them feeling like there is something special between them. Finally, Nyssa has a break through and everything starts coming back to her in bits and pieces. Once she starts sharing what had taken place prior to being dumped out in the middle of nowhere by a couple of men points to something nefarious having happened to Nyssa, Mia her best friend, and her boyfriend Brad. With a little investigating will the men be able to get all of the answers that are needed to solve this mystery and bring closure for Nyssa?

We have Navy Seals together and retired together. Drew and I decided to go on a vacation together. Drew is engaged but he was having the time playing with different women. They are in Mexico and at night going down the road with Drew driving. They turn around when they see a woman beside the road. When they check on her she can't remember anything including her name. She looks like she been operated on taking a kidney. They take her home because she refuses to go to the police. She starts to remember some things. She remember that her and her boyfriend brought her best friend to Mexico to get an operation. While she stayed home they went to the clinic and found Mia had died. Will and Nyssa got together because they had chemistry
Great book! Loved it! Will and his friend Drew come across a woman on the side of the road terrified and beaten and no memory.
So much suspense and drama as the mystery unfolds as to who this woman is and who is after her. Will and Jane who they find out later but not giving away the mystery, they have a wonderful chemistry and the attraction moves into a beautiful connection.
Kellan Knox writes a wonderful action packed story that does tug at the heart strings at times but is very well done.
Loved it!!.

A complicated story that brings together some great characters. It introduces some SEAL’s that are on vacation after retiring from the service and a girl/woman they found lost in the desert one night. The backstory is presented quickly and the tale takes off from there. Many aspects of their lives are revealed and there are some gaps that take awhile to get filled in. I read this series out of order so there were things I knew before it was revealed in this book but this was a great start to a series that doesn’t disappoint.

A little R&R before deciding their next steps for two former SEALs sounded just perfect. While waiting in Mexico for another couple of friends to arrive, Will and Drew find an amnesiac woman on the side of the road. Things then become very interesting for them and the Jane Doe. Really enjoyed this read. It’s a take on Cartel business that’s not often written about. There is plenty of action, a good couple of twist, and of course the romance. If you like age gap, relatable stories then like me you should enjoy this read. Looks like it’s the start of more to come too.
Two SEAL vets, Will and Drew, come across Nyssa on a desolate stretch of road in Mexico. Finding her injured and terrified because of memory loss, they try to help her find out what happened, who she is and who had done this. As I read their struggles I was picturing them first as silver foxes, but their speech patterns and dialogue was more of men in their late twenties. Despite that I enjoyed reading as they went about the investigation and how they solved what had happened. I will be reading more from this author.
SEALing her Fate is emotionally intense with some serious plot twists, a sexy alpha-hero, a naive heroine, and a bit of action thrown in there. I like the author’s writing style—it’s smooth and easy to read. The characters and storyline are engaging and hauntingly real. This story may contain triggers for some: it addresses human trafficking and organ harvesting. While intense, this is ultimately a satisfying love story.

Will and his mate Drew have left the Navy and are spending some time travelling around South America. They have a couple of weeks in Mexico at the end of their trip. Returning from dinner, they find a young woman on the side of the road who has no idea who or where she is. As "Jane" starts to remember, she, Will and Drew are drawn into some dark places to get her the answers she needs to really discover who she is and what she was doing in Mexico. Interesting read with some disturbing themes.

From being alone and frightened of the eveil that she went through of finding out that her best friend was killed and that her organs had been taking and sold on the black market and also that she herself had her kidney taken. She was found by two guys on the road that she had been dumped on to find that she had started to have feeling for one of them and he to found that he was started to love her.I would like to say thank you for all your hard work and may fortune smile 😃on you always 😁from a bookworm that loves to read
If you love slow burn romance that is steamy then you will love Will & Nyssa's story. He's just about to retire from the SEAL's & whilst on a trip with his best friend they find a woman suffering obvious trauma & amnesia. There's no denying the instant connection between Will & Nyssa but will they ever get a chance at a HEA if she can't remember what happened?
This was a new to me author who did not dissappoint. Two seals on vacation come across a woman who has been abused. They cease their vacation to attend to her. Will and Nessa get close and the lines begin to blur. Will he be able to keep her safe from the cartel whom she escaped and prevent her from becoming retrafficked without loosing hid heart in the process? Wonderful story.

This book was interesting to read because I liked how I was pulled into the world of a little mystery of finding out what happened to the FMC. I liked how I was engaged with finding out what happened. I enjoyed reading about the relationships between the characters. I kinda wish that we saw a little more romance, but I can understand why that wasn’t really the main focus. Overall I liked the story.
Wow what a book Kellen has developed for us and what’s even better is its book 1. 😲This is a must read book because the suspense and romance is awesome. I won’t give anything away except read this book today because you’ll be glad you did.

They are SEAL buddies and they are going on holiday to have fun but it will all change when they find a woman who is barely alive. She has no memories and her body tells them she has suffered badly. She wants nothing to do with the authorities so they try to help her. Will trust form? Will they be able to help her? Can she get her memories back? See how it will all go
If romantic suspense is your genre then this is definitely the book to read! Will is a fantastic human being and his friends are amazing! Loved the depth and intensity of the whole book but especially loved that the relationship was not lust but deep and emotional as well! Fabulous book!
I enjoyed this story. This is the first romance story of the genre I’ve read. This was a really good feel-good story. I’m not sure I want to read a lot more of this type of story but I’m happy I read this story. It was definitely worth the time I spent reading this book. I highly recommend it.
A thrilling and suspenseful story that had a very emotional plot line. Action packed, with terrific characters and plenty of tension and drama. I really enjoyed this.

**ARC** Okay, hear me out. I love a good age gap romance but throw in ties to the mafia and amnesia? Literally this book had me in a vice and I loved every second of it! It was beautifully written and had me on the edge of my seat. Definitely worth the read!
This book was just the best blend of action and romance that I needed to start off my week. After the 4th chapter I was quite hooked and was a bit disappointed that it had to end.

This was a suspenseful story about falling in love. It was romantic and follows two navy seals who have to help others out. This is an amazing gripping story that had me on the edge of my seat and I read it in one day. I love that its part of a series and only story one!! Can't wait for more
I absolutely love this book! Thank you so much for writing it! It had adventure, love, going through hardship to make it out for the better, it had everything and just thank you! I haven’t read something this intriguing in a bit!!!
The story was great, as were the characters. Only had 2 small issues. Two days after having a kidney removed you do not go out to dinner, shopping, and have sex. And in the final chapter, the dialogue was very corny. Great story and characters.
Nyssa is a character who you feel sorry for as she seems to struggle at the start. Will is easy, sweet & you like the way he takes charge & is all in with Nyssa. A easy read Seal style.

This kind of felt like a plot outline or summary. Plus, the storyline is continued in another book, with an additional coexisting story. So, an HFN for the main characters in this book. Some of the wording was strange, too. I'm not going to read the next book.
Loved the storyline, Drew and Will (SEAL) are vacationing in Mexico. They discover a Jane Doe, Nyssa who has amnesia and looks like she's been dumped? Read to find out what happens? You will be hooked and want to know more. There is a HEA...
Just wait till you read this amazingly hot, page turner read. OMG, you sure are in for a treat. So buckle up we are going to Mexico, with the best characters I have read about. So read to your heart content.
