This is the fourth novel by C G Feltham that I’ve read. The first was a western, the second a fictionalised story about Boudicca (based on fact) and the third a Chicago gangster tale.
Just to demonstrate his versatility, the author has penned a kind of potted history about the Second World War on the Eastern front with a larger than life character called Olga at its heart.
Like the others it’s extremely well-researched. A brutal tale with plenty of action and tragedy, Olga has a soft centre and is a fine read.
