I got a 10-year career out of this textbook, before moving on to other fields.
My final semester course module in combustion engines was cancelled, which was a problem for me as my first graduate job was as a diesel engine designer.
I was very fortunate to have this excellent book to take its place.

This is your bible if you are considered to be a mechanical engineer with emphasis in internal combustion engine mechanics, design, and performance. Provides in-depth descriptions, illustrations, diagrams, and formulas.
