This alien warrior prince never had a problem taking what he wanted… until he met her.
When alien warrior Kozien Lorrz left behind life as the heir to his planet’s throne to run a team that hunts down missing things, his father swore he’d make him regret the decision. According to the king, leaving his duties behind was a mistake, and taking his brothers was an act of treason.
Now, with business dwindling, Kozien is forced to send a message into the universe that his team is offering a pro-bono case—a move that could draw in new clients or alert their father to their whereabouts.
Gianna Clay needs help locating her missing brother, but local authorities are none too keen to help the human woman—not only due to her dicey past but because rumor has it her brother fell in with the D’Narvius, a vicious, monstrous race known for drugs and murder.
Her only hope of finding him comes in the form of an advertisement. But when the grim, all-too-sexy alien warrior arrives, his gruff arrogance has her ready to call the whole thing off. That is until digging into her brother’s disappearance uncovers a dark and sinister plot that could affect the entire galaxy.
Now the two must put their differences aside, no matter the cost.
Fans of Ruby Dixon, Tana Stone, and Presley Hall will love this romantic journey through space with darkly arrogant warriors and the human women lucky enough to cross their paths.
A riveting read that you will thoroughly enjoy, great characters and storyline you’ll enjoy totally

I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read. I voluntarily received and review an Advanced Reader Copy I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.
I couldn't read any further than 11% before I gave up. Juvenile and too much inane internal monologues going on. This is the second book in a row that I have read from these authors, and neither impressed me. After I stopped reading, I went to my copy of He Ain't Lion, confirm that I wasn't hallucinating that the book and characters were strong, funny and the writing was that of a talented writer. I am reading it again and since I read it before I was reviewing books on Amazon, I will be leaving a review for that book. I am completely baffled by the less than stellar quality of writing in this book compared to Ridgeville and Preor series.
I received an ARC from the authors and am sadly leaving this review.
This reads more like the CK I know and love. One of her other recent releases didn't feel like her. I'm not sure what happened with that one but moving on I enjoyed this story. Fast paced and I liked how the romance part wasn't the huge focal point. The story was. Eventually it came together into the story. I do love a good alien romance but tbh there's nothing too special about this one. Probably because I've read so many similar ones. Takes a lot to keep my attention. I'm an OG fan from wayyy back even before Grayslake and her Pride Series. I've been reading her stuff for such a long time and I'll continue to.
Enjoyed this but won’t remember it. Too much family drama, and at times I felt that things rushed through to an easy conclusion. I found them moving to paradise island just unbelievable. What are they going to live on? Surely his wealth was confiscated when he was disowned. And I just didn’t click with Gianna. Her attitude was at times strangely apathetic, or incomprehensibly lacking in direction. This is my honest review of this book.
Kyle and Hale introduce us to a new Alien race in this new series. Gianna is looking for her brother and not getting any help from the authorities. She meets Kozien when she responds to an ad for his team. In the search for her brother, a plot is uncovered that could mean danger for the galaxy. The romance between Kozien and Gianna steadily builds on their quest.
The story is very entertaining and there will be more to come!
This was a fun adventure romance that brings together a human gal searching for her brother and finding way more than that when she responds to an ad for a space team. Prince Kozien, not wanting to tow the line his father drew in the sand, has branched out into space. When he and Gianna start working together, they find so much more than they expected - not only a forever kind of love, but also danger for the galaxy. Good fun!
Gia was a good mix with Kozien. His brothers were all dolts at first introduction. The story and chase to track down of Gia’s brother was good to read. I did have a little bit of difficulty staying engaged with this story. I couldn’t tell you why. The characters were good and the story was in the right direction. Maybe it was missing the extra pixy dust to make keep me engaged. I won’t keep this from me snatching up the next in the series.
Great start to a new series! Kyle and Hale have collaborated on one of the sweetest reads. You just sigh all during the epilogue. Here we learn about the Lorran warriors…and their sweet alpha prince who falls in love with a street urchin looking to find her lost brother. There is a lot of action and some intense scenes. Download and enjoy❤️❤️❤️❤️
Gianna seeks out Kozien to help locate her missing brother. Kozien is an investigator and takes the case pro bono. Kozien is up for the challenge. Gianna needs the help and wants her brother found safe. Hijinks and shenanigans ensue throughout this book.
I received an advanced reader copy of this book and am leaving a voluntary review.
I made it about 3/4 of the way through this before giving up. It's not terrible but I couldn't get a connection with the male or female lead. Even though it's sci-fi the aliens are basically just humans with different color skin. I've read other things by Celia Kyle I liked a lot more.
Gianna just wanted to find her brother, and that’s when things started to fall apart. It’s one problem after another. If it wasn’t for Kosien helping her, she wouldn’t have gotten very far. As it was, death threatened them every step of the way.
I liked the concept of what the story was heading for, but it was kind of jumbled in how it got there. I would have liked some more back story of Kozien and Gianna as to what brought them to where they are. I am a sucker for a true mates story. I am curious to see what comes with the next book.
This story is choppy…writing in bullet statements, guess proper writing formats not needed any more. Maybe an AI wrote this for CK..zero logic to this story instalove…no background on MMC just that he is an heir no reason he and his brothers are on the run from the king….
This was a solid start to a new series. Royalty mixed up with commoners and illegal activity always makes for a great plot. Kozien and Gianna you too very unlikely partners that just seem to “click “. While a HFN was achieved, I really think there’s a lot more to come. Can’t wait to see it!
3.5 stars A lot a family drama from both sides for my taste, too much like real life. Lol. Not to mention, I kept forgetting he was an alien, by the way he was too sappy with her. Lol.

The story was disjointed very flat and skipped all over it felt rushed normally this author is an auto buy for me not sure why this book was so horrible
I enjoyed this story. It pulled me in from beginning to end and held my attention the entire time. I loved getting to know this new world and series and had a blast with Gianna and Kozien. This story had plenty of action and hot activities going on to keep me engaged and wanting more the entire time. I'm excited for more in the series. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
