ARC Re-Read

I have been anxiously waiting for Audrey’s story and Madi did not disappoint. This is my new favorite from and it is definitely the spiciest.

I absolutely loved Audrey. She is a bad ass bitch and doesn’t shit from anyone. She is a cam girl with no shame. She is not a fan of commitment and doesn’t do relationships.
Charlie is the hockey teammate of Chandler’s men, who we met in The Hat Trick. And unknown to them both he is Audrey’s most loyal viewer on her cam show. He is literally obsessed with her and when they unexpectedly become roommates…the tension is thiccccc.

Audrey and Charlie were EVERYTHING. I loved the immense healing both of them went through together to work through their trauma. Their dynamic was amazing and the spice…HOLY HELL MADI…it literally had me sweating and peeling off layer of clothes bc it was so damn hot.
This is the book you want if you’re looking for a fantastic storyline that makes you fall in love with the characters as they develop and also has all the smut you want!!!

This book is 400 pages and I finished it in less than a day so that tells you something. Madi’s writing was just super easy to read and the characters pull you all the way in with their story. And the spice… this is for sure one of the spiciest M/F books I’ve read.

Audrey is a cam girl and Charlie is her most loyal viewer over the past 4 years. But when they realize they are now in the same social circle in real life, they are unsure of what to do with that. Throw in a side of forced proximity and the two can’t keep their hands to themselves.

Listen, there’s a ton of sex in this book, but it truly is about more than that. Both Charlie and Audrey have past trauma they need help overcoming, and the way each helps the other through that led to some beautifully tender moments.

And Audrey telling Charlie’s ex “You’re wearing his jersey, but his c*m is inside me. We are not the same” might be my favorite f-you moment of all time 🤣

the spice spiced but there was also a ton a vulnerability in this which i LOVED. audrey & charlie both had past issues they were struggling with and they were able to be open with each other & work through them <33

I’m giving 3⭐️. I still will recommend this book to someone who is looking for a fluffy spicy book. it took me a few days to decide how I wanted to rate it and this is all based on personal preference of why I rated it the way I did. Reasons being :

1. There was SO MUCH spice that I feel like if you took the spice out of the book and focused on the “plot” — there may not be a book. So that being said, I would say this book is really more of the erotica genre than the romance genre. Which rolls into my second reason…

2. The characters didn’t really have much depth to them or much of an emotional relationship— their relationship was heavily based on the physical. There was no true intimacy between the two.

when they came together (pun intended), that’s all the relationship was. There was nothing deep about their “love”, it felt all very surface level.

My first time reading this author, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked her writing, characters, and storyline. Audrey is a strong lead with confidence to burn but afraid of commitment.

Charlie is a hockey player, but he has more baggage than his hockey bag can hold. He is not into hook ups, he is a regular viewer of his favorite cam girl.

Once together, the two are melting my Kindle, but are they stronger together?

They have such great chemistry & are so great at bringing Madi's characters to life! I love them as the duo that has absolutely owned this series!!

I love me some Audrey! She is fierce, strong, confident, & takes NO SHIT! She is a cam girl with zero shame, and I am HERE FOR IT! You go girlfriend! She is not a fan of commitment, and doesn't do relationships, so when it comes to feelings, she isn't a fan.

Charlie is the hockey teammate of her bestie Chandler's men (The Hat Trick, also a must read!), & unbeknownst to them at first, he is also Audrey's most loyal and best viewer on her cam show. He is obsessed with her, & when they are unexpectedly roommates, tensions are HIGH and bless it when they boil over! Charlie is a relationship type man, but has some trust issues from the past so he is willing to do whatever makes Audrey happy to keep her in his life for the time being.

Their dynamic, their healing, their growth, alllll of it is just so good in this one! I love how Madi Danielle validates all that these characters are going through, & how their relationship progresses so beautifully! I love love love them!

And did I mention the spice is spicin' in this one?? SPICIN' Y'ALL! I mean "good boy"?! MELTING! My Kindle may have actually melted!

Just light me on fire because this book had me burning up. I’ve read both of Madi’s previous books and they were scorching hot, but something about this one was a damn inferno!

Charlie and Audrey were so great together. She is a cam girl, and he is her long time subscriber, except neither of them know that when they meet. Then circumstances force Audrey to live with Charlie and everything escalates as they realize their attraction to each other and their alter egos.

Both of these characters were amazing and the dynamic between them was refreshing! I usually fawn all over the MMC and Charlie is 100% swoon worthy, but goodness I have a girl crush on Audrey! I loved how feisty she was and how much she worked to overcome her past.

This one is so good with some surprisingly emotional moments and absolute top tier spice! Also I loved the sports aspect of this and how much Chandler and Audrey’s friendship was a highlight!

read this one now, and prepare to overheat!

This was so much fun! I wasn't entirely sure what to expect going into it but I seriously had a great time.
It starts out with a set up where he stands her up and then ends with her staying with him while her house gets repairs. The twist here is that Audrey is a cam-girl and Charlie has been unknowingly following her online. That becomes clear once she moves in with him.
Rooming together makes it near impossible for them to stay away from one another or deny their attraction to one another. It's a little bit of a slow burn but the tension is there and there are so many moments that are sweet and swoony leading up to more.
Audrey doesn't want a commitment type of relationship and Charlie has trust issues. Seeing them work through their issues while getting closer was fantastic, especially with their friends there for the support and help.

This was my first time reading Madi Danielle but I'm definitely planning on going back and getting caught up on the backlist. This was great and I'm excited for what's next!

Wow. Just wow. This book is f**king everything! This book helped me out of my book slump and I don't regret a single moment of it! I love Charlie and Audrey's dynamic so much. The character development and the relationship build up. I loved ir so much! I swear I have never had a book make me giggle as much as this book has. I spammed Madi so much while reading because I just had so many reactions to everything that I was reading. This book definitely made me realize new things that I like lol.

Audrey is someone who's very confident in who she is and what she does and I admire that so much. I admire her confidence and find her to be a hilarious person. I love her sense of humor especially around her best friend Chandler. Its amazing. I love it so much. I loved reading about her character growth. From someone who's afraid of relationships and commitment to someone falling hard for Charlie. It warmed my heart to see her get the healing she needed with Charlie. Yes, they are opposites, but it was nice reading a story about a dominant woman with a switch man.

Now Charlie. I'm a sucker for morally grey men, but damn Charlie is someone I want. He is someone that embodies my type of guy in real life. The commitment he has to Audrey makes me swoon and giggle from how romantic he is. He had his own moments where he lived in the past, but Audrey helped him pushed past it. Seeing these two move forward from past trauma made me love them so much. Plus Charlie being dominant and submissive with Audrey 🤭🥵 Makes me swoon just thinking about it. I love good boy moments and I loved every single good boy moment in this book. Charlie loving being called a good boy makes me love good boy moments more and fueled my good boy kink.

Charlie helping Audrey open her heart and show her she has control of her life made me heart melt. I've cried from how sweet these two are especially when Audrey realizes that the one person that makes her feel at home is Charlie. I cried so hard because sometimes it's a person that makes you feel at home. I'm sad I finished their book, but I'm so glad I took the chance to read it. I usually get skeptical and stay away from hockey romance because of the same overused pairing of ice sisters x hockey player but I'm glad I read Madi's book. She's definitely opened my eyes to the hockey romance world and I love that this book made me appreciate this specific sport romance genre. I also love that her pairings are more unconventional. Definitely give her boom a read because I love it. I wish there was a word better than love because I would give this book more than five stars!

WHEWWWWW - I just gotta wipe my brow for a quick second because HOLY SPICY! This is by far Madi's best and spiciest book I've read yet.

Audrey is a cam girl who goes by the name of "Lacey." After growing up in an abusive household, she's rebelled and never look back. Being in a relationship scares her and the last thing she wants is for someone else to tell her what she can and cannot do.

After ending his long-term relationship when he found out his ex was using her, Charlie Mann has a hard time trusting other people. He's resorted to watching his favorite Cam girl, Lacey, and picturing her as the star of his own fantasizes.

So when Audrey's power goes out because of a pest issue, she's forced to move in with Charlie while the issue is being fixed. But what happens when Charlie finds out who she really is? What happens when Audrey finds out that Charlie is her number one follower? And what really happens when the two finally give into their deepest desires? Will their past issues get in the way, or will they be exactly what each other needs?

I loved Audrey and Charlie so much, like protect them at ALL costs! They were both so guarded when they first met but slowly they let their walls down and let each other in. And my god, the two of them in the bedroom? Forget about it. Usually I’m all for the MMC but I gotta give it ip for Audrey, girl knew what she was doing!!

I love this series and I’m so grateful for Madi trusting me with another ARC! I can’t wait to continue reading!

She has a connection with him, but she has never seen his face. Her best friend tries to hook her up with a hockey player who she thinks she will hit it off with, but he stands her up. One thing leads to another, and she ends up needing a place to stay and taking Charlie's (the hockey player who stood her ups) guest room. Audrey always wears a mask and wigs on her cam feeds, so Charlie doesn't realize who she is right away. But soon, they both realize that they may know each other pretty well after all. They're forced to live with their attraction and the building feelings for each other. Audrey finds that she might not be able to control all aspects after all.

I loved Charlie and Audrey together. They both have past trauma and relationship issues and grow together. ❤️❤️ Charlie is one of my new favorite Hockey MMCs. 🥵

I would recommend it if you are looking for a really steamy story. I was expecting smut being the main protagonist a cam girl but wow this book should be placed in Erotica more than just romance. Nothing against it. Just saying.
I like the evolution of both characters, Charlie and Audrey. Both of them have a lot of baggage on their backs and I love when there is angst in the stories. I wouldn't have minded even some more😂. Tabitha felt a little too much (I was even expecting a secret child or something like that from all that harassment). About Audrey's past, well, I wish we would have known more, I feel is just a little bit superficial. We don't need the nasty details but I was expecting a reason for her to go in to that church and talk to that pastor. I didn't need her reconciliation with her or anything like that but it felt to me like that would have been interesting to see. Also I felt unrealistic that it does not appear a talk about her job. She went to Charlie's parents house, they didn't ask about what she was doing... It would have been nice to see thst chat going on.
Apart from this, I like the book and it was pretty addictive. Perfect for my waiting at the airport and during my insomnia.

I really enjoyed this. I read the first one in this series a little while ago and loved Audrey then and I loved her even more in her book!

She had a traumatic childhood, and as a result is that, lives her life on her terms, doing what she wants. Simply because she can. I loved this about her; she was SO confident and so sex positive, too. She is a cam girl, and so proud of herself in her profession.

Charlie was such a sweetheart, albeit a little closed off. I loved how he and Audrey got closer, slowly breaking down each other’s walls and getting to know each other off camera (oh yeah, he’s one of her top subscribers 🤪🤪😜😜).

This book was hella spicy. Like there was probably something in every chapter. No joke. The spice is great (obviously) but I also really did like the genuine progression of Audrey and Charlie’s relationship and how Audrey was able to heal from her past trauma. Loved that Charlie was there for her every step!

The TENSION between these two, yes. All the stars. Forced Proximity, Eyes on Me, Good Boy, Voyeurism, Pegging, there's pretty much everything in this spicy little number.

Oooooo yesssss, I enjoyed every second of this book! Audrey and Charlie were everything.
Don't get me wrong, I love Chandler and her guys but these two are just 🔥!
Madi's books just don't disappoint and I am excited for anything that comes in the future because I know it'll be great. I got done with this story in the same day because I just couldn't put it down. It had plot and lots of spicy scenes where I just thought, who needs the plot? 🤣 Seriously though, such a cute read. I'm excited for Brynn's story. 😊

This would have been a 5 star if it had been a little shorter and this had a lot of punctuation mistakes that would take me out of the book.
