This book is about how to train organization to care each other with emotional intelligence. This is not about how to promote and penetrate emotional intelligence in organization. Maybe good guidebook as an external consultant who give lectures but not responsible for final result. For organizational leaders like me, lead by example is the most important in changing culture, and many other books are much more useful than this one.
