Don’t cry over spilled coffee… especially not when it’s spilled by your true mate.
I’m a prince, first and foremost. I’ve known that since I was a boy. It’s the way of things. Not once have I questioned it. Why should I? I like my family, my position, and my country.
When my father says it’s time for me to mate and that my mating is going to financially save us, I agree. Anything for my family. That is until I visit my favorite coffee shop and my world shifts.
I scent him immediately, my fated mate. My wolf recognizes him as ours and begs me to claim him. Everything is as it should be—except nothing is. I’m promised to another, and my mate? Oh yeah, he’s human. Did I mention he hates me?
The Alpha Wolf Prince’s Arranged Marriage is a sweet with knotty heat M/M shifter romance featuring an alpha wolf willing to do what it takes to be what his kingdom needs, a kind and very wealthy human omega who is about to get in over his head, a spilled cup of coffee not worth crying over, a royal wedding, true love, fated mates, an adorable baby, and a guaranteed happy ever after. I got bored when they finally got married, they barely have any chemistry or connections other than the fact they were fated mates, they just clicked on the first day they got marriage after an unlikely encounter at the coffee shop, I do like their royalty events like the cooking context with prince Tyler tasting the cake I think that was a nice touch.
The Alpha Wolf Prince’s Arranged Marriage is the first book in the ‘Omega’s Royal Arrangement’ series. It stars Cyril, crown prince and Alpha wolf shifter, and Ty, a human commoner. This is told in first person from both Cyril and Ty’s pov.
This is a cute, fluffy, and easy to read story. The segues are pretty good and a lot smoother compared to most of this team’s other books. I found the title to be too wordy, like a tongue-twister. I think a shorter more precise title would’ve been better.
I’m going to start my review with the blurb. It’s not entirely accurate. Cyril’s father is King of a small country. Their family is also quite poor, the castle needs many repairs and they don’t have the money to fix it. The king has received an offer of help from a billionaire, but it comes at a price, Cyril’s hand in marriage to the billionaire’s human son, Ty. Cyril is very unhappy about an arranged marriage, but he’ll do it for his father and to save the castle. Ty is also not happy about finding out his dad has arranged for him to marry the prince. Both Ty and Cyril are in a terrible mood when they literally run into each other at the coffee shop. Ty refuses to apologize to Cyril for spilling coffee all over him. The blurb mentions Ty hates Cyril, no he doesn’t, he’s just very angry. Cyril is angry in return and they go their separate ways. Cyril’s wolf is insisting he chase after Ty, and Cyril refuses. Ty can’t understand why he is so drawn to Cyril and both men ask their fathers to cancel the wedding plans, but they don’t. Ty refuses to have any contact with his unknown future husband so they don’t meet until it’s time for the wedding. That is all the conflict that is in the book, right at the beginning. From there it’s about them getting to know each other and the pregnancy which is the last quarter of the book.
Next, I want to talk about the cover. It’s completely different from their other books. I like it a lot. I also like the font a lot. I do however have questions about it. Often authors include who the graphic artist is who made the cover and who the artist is who drew the artwork or where the authors got the artwork. Those things aren’t credited in this book. Considering all the AI issues being raised in the art and writing world, I’d suggest the authors may want to include the cover information so they aren’t accused of using AI that rips off other people’s works. To qualify this, I read an ARC, so the published version may have the credits given.
I like Ty and Cyril, they were as usual in this author team’s books, nice guys. There’s nothing bad about them. They are average guys. Also as usual, the characters voices are the same. I often had to go back and consult the chapter’s header, designated with the character’s pov, to figure out whose pov I was reading. This is something the author’s still need to improve on, distinct character voices and more unique personalities. As usual, the fact that Cyril is a wolf shifter doesn’t figure that much into the story. More so than in some of this team’s other books, but I think this book would have worked just fine without the shifter aspect and was just an A/o story instead.
Overall, this is a cute, fluffy, easy story without conflict. I give The Alpha Wolf Prince’s Arranged Marriage, 4 Stars

This book for me was just boring. The writing was just so matter of fact. There was no real connection between the MC's, no excitement or drama. I think I'll be skipping future books by this duo as there are much better authors around who actually pull me into the story with their writing. Sorry.
Wow I can’t believe that was so boring. Second book this week where the alpha and omega are not easily identified. Where was my alpha? It seemed more like a beta/omega match, or even beta/beta. The characters were not well developed and their relationship was strangely disconnected and staged. I just kind of rushed through this since it was so short. I thought that maybe the spice would make up for the rest of the shortcomings but no it was bearable and almost cringy at times.
I knew it was going to be a light easy read, but I'm bored. The arranged marriage scenario was over and done with rather quickly, so I'm not sure what will happen next...will something happen next? 😂
Cool cover!
“Dowry, Cyril.” He wrinkled his nose. “Down payment is an ugly word.”
That's all this is, a series of events. Things happen, daily life snippets, time skips along unseen, and they just float through it all. There is no drive. Both parties accept their unwelcome-at-first fate with barely a grumble. Neither tries to see the other before the wedding. They meet on the dated day and bam, insta-love. No effort in anything. Not in their lives, not in their relationship, there's no friends to juggle, the dads only momentarily appear and then fade to the background again. It's ok, but so very bland.
This is the first book in the The Omega’s Royal Arrangement series. It is a fun and sweet story. It sets the tone and it will make you anxiously await the next book in the series. This is the story of Cyril and Tyler. Cyril is an alpha wolf shifter and a prince. His father is king and is running their kingdom. Unfortunately time has not been kind to the castle and they are in need of money to refurbish it. An offer comes in that will allow them to repair the palace and help get them back on their feet again. But the cost is the betrothal of Cyril to a stranger. Cyril commits, ready to do his duty. Tyler is the son of a millionaire. He is single and hoping to eventually meet his soulmate. Tyler's dad has the gift of sight and says that the betrothal is the best thing for Tyler. Believing in his father and his gift, Ty agrees. Then one day Ty and Cyril meet in a coffee shop. It was not a cute meet. No names were exchanged. But Cyril is sure he has met his fated mate. Ty is unable to get Cyril out of his mind. But both men have agreed to the arranged marriage and plan on honoring it. It is at the wedding itself that the two grooms first meet. Surprises abound. This is their story. I loved this book. It is well written and easy to read. I loved how Ty sets out to support Cyril and inadvertently impacts life in the kingdom. I was also pleasantly surprised that the story was set in modern times as the cover led me to believe otherwise. I look forward to the next book in this series.

You're walking down the aisle on this your solemn day to meet the man your father has arranged you to marry, nervous because there's another man on your mind annnnndddd.... "Coffee guy." I find that I need to look up synonyms for sweet, charming, lovely, and adorable when reviewing Colbie Dunbar and Lorelei M Hart. Because if the authors can take something that should be rather formalistic and make it original... every time... their reviews should be original. Between the two of them, they've pretty much written about almost every shifter in the paranormal spectrum. Did I enjoy The Alpha Prince's Arranged Marriage? Of course. Cyril is a grounded, sweet alpha prince, with a mortgaged castle falling down around his ears. Tyler is a pampered, sweet omega, unspoiled despite being raised with a silver spoon in his mouth. It's an arranged marriage trope story with a little "he doesn't know about shifters", with a bit of fated mates insta-attraction thrown in. Like other books by this author group, it's a fun, quick read. And like all the others, ... it 's a fun, quick, enjoyable story with original, sweetly adorable characters. There will be more arranged marriages in this series. That's a two thumbs up, yay, can't wait from me.

'“You’re supposed to kiss after I pronounce you husband and husband,” the celebrant whispered.'
I loved this book. It was such a fun read. Great world building. I loved both Cyril and Ty. A poor alpha prince, Cyril is angry to be forced to marry an unknown omega for money to save their castle, and a human omega with wealth and ambitions, but wanting more out of life. Ty's father has visions and dreamt of his son's mate and proposed a large dowry to the prince's father in exchange for Cyril marrying his son. Ty wasn't happy but knew better than to doubt his father's visions.
The two of them bumped into each other at a coffee shop, both angry, but couldn't get the mystery person out of their minds. What will happen on the day of the arranged marriage? This was so much fun the way things worked out, and I loved the concept of a man having dreams of the future and trying to bring his son closer to his future husband. I really liked the conversations between Cyril and his wolf. Despite a small number of them, they made me smile a lot. And of course the chemistry between Cyril and Ty was scorching. A wonderful start to a new series. I can't wait for book two. 5 stars.
This is a cute story, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Cyril is a crowned prince but he is poor and the castle is in need of repair. His father the king calls him in to discuss his arranged marriage in exchange for funds that the king and the castle desperately needs. Tyler or Ty as he is known, is the son of a billionaire who one day is called into his father‘s sitting room and learns that his father drained that he would be a prince by marriage. Ty agrees to the arrangement, but believes that the marriage will be in name only. When they both meet by accident while out buying a coffee, they both recognise that they are meant to be together, but they can’t because of the arrangement made. The day of the wedding comes, they both learn that they are marrying their fated mate, whom they had bumped into at the coffee shop. Cyril and Ty have a great relationship and support each other in all aspects and go on to live a happily ever after..
I was given an advanced copy of this book to read and I am reviewing with my honest and fair opinion.
"What he failed to understand was that my patience had left the building"
This is book 1 in a new series, The Omega's Royal Arrangement, by the writing team of Lorelei M Hart and Colbie Dunbar. When these authors get together to create a new series, I'm all in. When I saw this on Booksprout I couldn't wait to read and review.
When I saw the cover and saw 'arranged marriage' in the title I made an assumption it was set in the olden days. I was surprised and happy that it's set in modern times. I guess I should have read the book blurb but who has time for that?!?
This was definitely a cute story and I enjoyed the relationship between these two guys. I'm not sure whether their first encounter should be considered a meet cute or a meet disaster.
Can't wait to see what's up next in book 2, I'm there for it.
Fated mates, shifter/human, mpreg, fathers know best, brings some heat
This was a really fun book. It had everything I like in a book; an unwanted arranged marriage, a fated mate, a conflict with a handsome but unpleasant man in a coffee shop.
Ty is really fun and silly. He balances out the seriousness of Cyril nicely. They work really well together in both political situations and relationship situations.
I enjoyed that the pregnancy wasn't just an afterthought at the end of the book but occurs early enough in the book to experience it alongside the characters. I would have liked there to be more story content with the baby though. There was definitely a missed opportunity here as they are first time dads and silly characters - there could have been some great humour here.
Ty’s father told him that he had arranged for him to marry a prince. Cyril’s father told him about the marriage as it was save them financially and would save their home. Cyril went to a coffee shop to get his favorite coffee and scented Ty when they bumped into each other but he knew that he couldn’t act on his feelings. Ty went back to see if he could find Cyril but didn’t find him and they didn’t meet until the wedding because Ty was afraid if he saw his future husband he would be to upset. They were surprised to see the person they were to be married to was the one they had been thinking about and wanted to be with. Good book!.

Cyril and Ty story was interesting and hilarious, with a side of love and lots of sweetness. I enjoyed the royal aspect of the story, as well as the arranged marriage thing, but most of all I really loved their first encounter and the pinning issued after. I loved their ceremony, the way they connected, the way Ty reacted to Cyril's wolf, as well as the mutual support. I adored their bundle of joy, and the way it joined them was cute and emotional. I liked their bonding and adventures during the pregnancy and all the changes for the best for the castle and the community. It was an interesting read and I'm looking forward to see what happens next.
It's so lazy it hurts, and it's one of their worst books ever. It goes really fast, it's instant love, but like after a whole bunch of sped up angst they could have saved themselves but I guess the authors wanted a wedding reveal, not that that added to the wedding much. The details are little, the moments quick, the time passes fast and a LOT LOT LOT of telling you now showing you. SO many paragraphs of summed up dialogue. The characters are good to a point, but together they don't have chemistry and they're run of the mill.
I would truly rate this one of the worst books written by this duo.
That was a fast read, lovely, angst-free, and kind of sweet. A wolf-shifter prince Cyril got coffee splashed over him by a human. No excuses nothing, more an angry snarl. wants to be angry but his wolf urges him to take notice of the human's scent, mate. But the human is already gone. Mate or not he promised his father he would marry a rich man to save their Kingdom. Surprise, surprise guess who is the rich man?
There’s a lot of sweetness and kindness, no stress, just sit and enjoy their ride that ends with a sweet little surprise.
The Alpha Wolf Prince’s Arranged Marriage is the first book in the The Omega’s Royal Arrangement series. It is about Cyril an alpha wolf who is a prince and Tyler the omega son of a billionair. Cyril agrees to an arranged marriage to help his struggling kingdom but he meets his true mate at a coffee shop. I fell in love with these two. I also loved the side characters. These two had a few things to work out can they get their happy ending, you have to read it to find out. This is a sweet quick read. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. I would definitely recommend this book.
This was… fairly boring, and not all that well-written. I found myself skimming, waiting for something to happen, but nothing ever really does. Cyril and Ty have a terrible meet cute which leaves them not liking each other, but they also figure out they’re fated mates, and that leaves them lusting after each other.
They find out they’re arranged to be married, and fall right into bed together. There’s not really any drama or anything. They end up pregnant, surprise, surprise. And that’s about all that happens?
This was an absolute joy to read. Ty and Cyril despite being from different worlds and circumstances, were both genuine in their commitment to help their families. They would both sacrifice it all for them. They were even willing to give up on the chance to be with their own fated one. Never have two men more deserved to get the chance to have the fated love of their life and the happy ever after for their families too. Sweet and easy quick read. ADORE this cover!
I really enjoyed this cute novella. The interesting storyline grabbed me and I just had to read. Ty and Cyril's first encounter was wild and intense. The suspense that led up to their marriage ceremony had me on edge and I couldn't wait to see how it played out. WoW! it was sweet and HOT. Loved their mating and really loved their HEA...nice start to the series and I can't wait to read more.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
An arranged marriage can be a rocky start, especially when neither parties really don’t want it and that they have a fated mate elsewhere. An arranged marriage where the grooms don’t meet until they are at the actual alter can bring all sort of surprises. Great characters, a good storyline and sweet hot sex, this is excellent romantic escapism. A lovely light read.
This story is sweet and cute and highly enjoyable to read. Cyril and Ty have a kind of meet cute without either one of them realizing that the other is who they are. This marriage is all arranged for them and all that is left for them to do is fall in love. As true mates, it doesn’t take very long. This is a truly trademark story for these co authors and is certainly worth a read.
This a cute, sweet novella by this team of Authors, first in a series with shifters and a dash of magic. Both characters are loveable, nice men. It`s fated mates, so even with some early trepidation, thinking they`re going to be in a loveless marriage, all is settled when they see each other at the wedding. A fluffy, easy, quick read.
Cute and fluffy. The first half was like Hallmark movie. Had to smile even though it was predictable that the arranged marriage between an omega human and a wolf shifter ended up being fated mates. The last half was how they worked together on building their relationship and future. Just an OK read.
Incredibly sweet! Arranged marriage that ended up becoming anything but. Neither were thrilled about this supposed loveless arrangement, but fate had other plans. Cyril and Ty displayed so much concern and compassion for one another. A short, sweet, loving read with a new family.
I wanted to like this, I really did but I couldn't. The writing itself was okay but the pacing? Oh my God. It felt like the authors weren't communicating about the timelines at all and each chapter was like a jolt on a rollercoaster. I don't want to completely hate on it but this book really could've used some refining and it just wasn't it for me.
Little too no character or plot development and honestly just poorly written. I wouldn’t expect such a simplistic and basic level of writing from experienced authors such as these (I have read other books by this duo and loved them) but maybe the amount of books they are churning out is affecting the quality 🤷🏻♀️ Anyways this one was not for me and DNF.
2/5 ⭐ Look, I love a good werewolf romance, but this one? Kinda painful. The alpha prince is more whiny than broody, the omega is basic, and their "romance" has the spark of a wet match. The plot feels flat, and the writing? I had to read the same sentence multiple times just to figure out what was going on. I’ve read better omegaverse fanfics at 2 AM.
Cyril and Ty have an unfortunate first encounter. Their second meeting is everything it should have been the first time around; flowers, music, and gazing into one another's eyes. I liked that both of their fathers were so loving and supportive. Recommended author
This was such a wonderful story. Fated mates and a very unconventional meeting made for a fantastic story. This is the first book in this new series and I can’t wait to read the next.
