Hearts and Arrows is a rewritten version of Cupid's Contract with multiple POV (10 new chapters from our men). This will be BOOK 1 of the series going forward with Cupid's Contract being an add-on for those who want to read it just from Everlee's POV.
Everlee McKinley hates Valentine’s Day. It's the worst holiday made up by jewelry companies to trick you into spending money. It also doesn’t help she is six months post breakup from the man she thought she was going to spend the rest of her life with.
After her best friend tricks her into going to a Cupid party at a new club in town, she catches the eyes of the owners, and realizes it may not be such a bad holiday after all. When they ask her to sign a contract, she doesn't hesitate, but will she be able to honor the terms of the agreement and walk away at the end?
S.N. Moor is the sultry storyteller behind some of today’s most intoxicating harem romances. With a writing style that blends heat, humor, and unapologetic desire, she doesn’t shy away from pleasure — whether it’s delivered through her words or her men. Her wildly addictive Holiday Series has earned her a loyal following of readers who crave spice with substance and fantasy with fire. When she’s not crafting deliciously chaotic relationships, she’s dreaming up new ways to push boundaries and keep her fans begging for more.
Bad, bad, bad! Everlee’s internal monologue was like an extremely annoying version of Lizzie McGuire, especially during the spicy scenes. Ma’am you have 4 dudes inside you, put a sock in it! The dialogue was especially cringey, and the best friend was so unrelatable I found myself skipping over her scenes. Wanted to try this out for a holiday themed read, but will be skipping the rest of the series.
This could've been so much better if the FMC's BFF would've known how to speak like a normal person, and not like a twelve-year-old prepubescent boy. Some instances of the hair-rising, horrifying phrases this woman uses to describe genitalia/sex are: 'kitty kitty', 'got your little boom boom yum yummed', 'got to tickle the pickle', 'boinked', 'you ba-doinka-doinked', 'needed the d¡cky d¡ck up in you', 'getting boned', 'that man-candy's cock-a-doodle-doo', 'donkey d¡ck', and others that I refuse to look up rn because I'm already cringed out.
The whole MMFMM action was really fun, the smut was pretty great -the dirty talk got cringy af a couple of times- but there really was a lot more plot than I thought it would be. Please understand here that when I say plot, it does NOT mean character development. There's zero of that. All five MCs are basically blow-up dollies with their tacked-on couple of characteristics/skills that define them.
This ends in a huge cliffhanger/open ending since the series continues, but I don't know if I'm invested enough to keep going. Also, two of the MCs are brothers (??) but they participate in group scenes together and... idk, that just feels really weird to me.
⭐️⭐️⭐️★★ 🌶🌶🌶🌶 / 5 - There's a list of things at the beginning of the book in case you want to check TWs, or a more detailed list of what goes down during the spicy scenes.
Hearts and Arrows: I Resisted, But Then I Fell Hard!
For a year, I stubbornly ignored my best friend's constant recommendations for "Hearts and Arrows." Reverse harems aren't usually my thing, and I was wary. But Valentine's Day, my adventurous book club, and frankly, a bit of FOMO, finally pushed me to give it a try. And let me tell you, my bestie was RIGHT!
While the beginning was a tad slow at first, it was Everlee who completely hooked me. The author did an amazing job of crafting a character who felt incredibly real and relatable. Everlee's guarded heart, her insecurities, her past heartbreak... it all resonated so deeply. It felt like the book was directly addressing my own experiences with relationships, and in a surprisingly comforting way.
The supporting characters are just as well-developed and add so much to the story. Everlee's best friend is a comedic gem, a ride-or-die kind of friend that reminded me so much of my own bestie. I found myself laughing out loud at her antics and witty remarks.
Now, let's talk about the reason many of us are here: the men! Callum, Jax, Knox, and Everett... this book throws the "perfect man" trope out the window and replaces it with the intriguing idea of the "perfect group of men." Each guy has a distinct personality and brings something unique to Everlee's life. They're supportive, protective, and, dare I say, dangerously perfect in their own ways.
"Hearts and Arrows" is a true page-turner. I was completely engrossed, staying up way past my bedtime to see what happened next. Be warned: this book is spicy. It's not for readers looking for something tame, as the romance definitely heats up! Prepare for some serious swooning and maybe a little bit of blushing.
In conclusion, "Hearts and Arrows" is a fantastic read that completely won me over. My best friend was right about this one, and I'm ready to dive into the rest of the series. 4 out of 5 stars!
Ugh, my heart cannot take anymore of my favorite fivesome! This was a rewrite of the first book of this series Cupid’s Contract with 10 chapters of Callum and Jax’s POV. Their POV made this so much better & it definitely pulled on the heart strings all over again.
Ummmm it was spicy and I gave it three stars cause honestly I need answers… LOL. Are Jax, Knox, Emmett and Callin related?? It’s seems I’m in my Smutty Smut era… the kindle will continue to be password protected LOL I hope you aren’t here for thorough reviews… it’s not my think.
This is the first book Cupid’s Contract rewritten and includes 10 chapters from the guys, specifically Callum and Jax’s POV. We get so many good tidbits in their chapters including when Callum saw Everlee for the very first time. The chapters from their POV were picked perfectly and only made the story better. We also got to see how the guys reacted after what goes down at the end of Cupid’s Contract which I was always so curious about! Honestly this book is so good and i continue to be obsessed with this series!!
Thank you so much SN Moor for letting me read an early copy!
Warning - do not let the sweet cover fool you - this book is filthy and full of spice!
It should come as no surprise that I am a huge fan of the Holidate series!! I love everything about Everlee and her men. The entire series is so funny and spicy and full of love and acceptance.
This book is a little different because we go all the way back to where it started with Cupid’s Contract and we get 10 new chapters from the men’s POV!! I really enjoyed getting to find out what the guys were really thinking!!
If you haven’t read Cupid’s Contract that’s ok, you can start fresh with Hearts & Arrows!
Valentine's Day is approaching and Everlee McKinley is still recovering from a bad break up. Her best friend Lizzy convinces her to attend a Cupid party at a brand new club that just opened up. She is starting to loosen up and have a good time and she is drawn to a man she later finds out is one of the owners.
Something happens and she wakes up at his house...but the bartender and two other guys from the club are there taking care of her. Maybe Valentine's Day isn't the worst?
The witty and playful banter had me laughing out loud. The supporting characters are great, from her BFF Lizzy to Betty the ride share driver to BOB (iykyk!)
Even the names of the chapters had me cracking up. Yes, it ends on a small cliffhanger but the next books are already out!
I read with my book club. Galentines Day reads (Valentine Books with Kierra *Book club Host*)". It held a great storyline. I wasn't disappointed. Callum was definitely my favorite. Got a bit surprised 😯 with the moments between two of the guys. That turned away my personal taste for the book. (Sorry! Don't come for me just not my cup of tea!) Otherwise, it kept me interested and was a pretty good book. Wish it touched a bit more on Xnox and gave him a little more attention. Everlee and Lizzy are BFF goals! 😍 Love the friendship dynamic between them!
Everlee is lost and broken at the beginning of the book, and slowly starts to find herself while being with her men.
Callum is a control freak who learns to loosen the reigns while being with Everlee. She teaches him that rules are meant to be broken and to have a little fun and let loose.
Jax learns to trust again and he too learns that rules are meant to be broken and to let Everlee in.
Knox and Emmett are perfect and I hope I get to hear more from their perspective in the next book.
Everlee meets her four delicious men who give her the time of her life and the confidence she lost after a breakup with dickface, Rich. The only problem is the men make her agree only sleep with them two times before they part ways, wich is supposed to be angsty.
Rich guys, meet FMC @ a club they own. Take her home & she signs contract complete with a NDA. if this sounds familiar, we read the same books. This is book 1 in a long series. Ends in a romance version of a cliffhanger? Was kinda fun, but clunky & uninspired. I will be reading the next to see if the writing improves as we go.
I love this series. I enjoyed going back to the beginning of the series and rereading the story from Cupid Contract and getting the extra chapters in the men’s POV. It was great knowing what they were thinking and how they felt. The steamy scenes were great and you also learned about the guys personalities and traits. Loved the funny banter from her best friend Lizzy. Everyone needs a best friend like Lizzy.
Meh, ok, wouldn’t re-read All smut, no real plot- but fast easy read, definitely not an emotional roller coaster
Didn’t feel strongly about the characters
Didn’t love the first leading guy in this book (of the 4) didn’t love the main female character - do love her best friend who has way more personality than the main, and liked the other leading guys more.
The ALS stuff is cool
I already have the second… will see if it’s better
If you haven't read this book yet, please read it! It will give you all the feels and then some. Everlee and the men are such a fitting dynamic and this was a great read for me. It isn't a standalone so I'm going that there will be more history that comes out in the next books.
I loved this book even more than I did the original one. The added chapters from the guys POV was amazing and I love them even more. I hate to say this but I need all the books to be redone with added chapters because omg it was just chefs kiss.
JUST READ THE BOOK! Especially if you enjoy why choose.
Great update to Cupids Contract. Loved the guys point of views in this one. Definitely a one handed read. Can't wait for the hard copy to come out so I can add to my growing collection from this author!!
This book was a rewrite of Cupids Contract to add several chapters of male POV. Even though I have already read Cupids Contact and I knew what was happening I still very much loved this book. This book didn’t disappoint and I still get all the feels when reading it!
i did not expect to like this book as much as i did. wow! idk if it was the smut, the bit of romance in it, or the different povs… but it is such a great read! i adored the way they cared for her & we all need a Lizzy in our lives! 😭🤞
I am so in love with this story. I love a sexy and funny story with all the spicy. I am going to read the rest of this series so that I can get all the details and know what is going to happen to my girl Everlee! Yes queen! Great story
I love this series so much. It is my guilty pleasure. I loved the addition of the chapters from the guys. This series is absolutely taboo and also very smutt filled, but I truly enjoy reading it. No judgment.
This was ok. Mostly just smut, very little plot. I am intrigued enough to read the next one, because it ended on a cliffy, but I’m not dying enough to binge them all. I’ll be waiting and reading each on their appropriate holidays.
I love this series. I enjoyed going back to the beginning of the series and rereading the story from Cupid Contract and getting the extra chapters in the men’s POV. Is this highbrow literature? No. Is it total smut? Yes. But the characters are likable, the spice is spicing, the best friend actually made me laugh, and I’m invested.
