Quick but hot read!!

Avery has temporarily moved into her father's house while he's recovering from some health issues. Once she moves in though, she decides she really likes it here in North Carolina. The hot fireman across the street doesn't hurt either.

She's not the only one enjoying the view from across the street, Hunter has been checking her out as well. Unfortunately after a discussion he was forced to have with her about a perceived HOA violation, that she immediately took offense to, she is not his biggest fan.

A fun story that very enjoyable. A quick read but very well done and satisfying.

This is just the tempting Insta love story we all could dive into right now.

You can't help but adore the cute fireman, Hunter, always trying to help everyone out in the neighborhood, even if it means suffering HOA meetings.

Avery has come into town to reconnect with her father after a major health scare, and wants nothing more to cuddle with her. cat Simba and enjoy the town.

These two might finally met under not "ideal" circumstances, but oh what a bomb do they make. After a quick alarm, they find themselves spending time together and BOY does it ever explode.

If you are lookin for some real good feels, steamy smoke alarm setting times, and a full of swoon moment....here you go!!

This was a quick read. Hunter is a fireman and has been bullied into a position in his HOA.
Avery is new to the neighborhood.
Hunter wants to get to know his new neighbor better. When the HOA votes that he be the one to approach Avery, about her unauthorized home addition, he knows the first meeting will not go as planned.
Hunter is a protective cinnamon roll. An all around good guy.
Avery is sassy and independent and is determined she will not let the HOA take her down. Such a cute quick read.

I loved Tempt Me, Fireman. Hunter has to be the jerk for the HOA. Any chance he thought he had with Avery is gone after that but when he doesn’t hesitate to help her when her smoke alarm is going off, maybe she read him wrong. Her dad sings his praises and he had let her stay with him. Hunter wasn’t looking for forever but maybe that’s because he hadn’t met Avery yet. Is Avery ready to give her heart to Hunter? A short and sweet story, and I loved the characters. I would definitely recommend this book.

This is a really sweet and fast read. I thoroughly enjoyed Hunter and Avery and her cat Simba. This is an instalove love read, both falling fast but a slight issue then the HOA where they live puts a bit of strain on them. Really fast, some steam and a cute read. I liked it for that quick read after a long day of work.

Tente-me, Bombeiro

Essa foi uma história legal, curtinha e direto ao ponto. Só achei a transição do "enemies" para o "lovers" abrupta demais. Avery saiu do "eu te odeio" para o "eu te amo" muito repentinamente. Gostaria que isso tivesse sido um pouco mais trabalhado. Hunter gostou dela desde a primeira vez que a viu, mas ela precisava de mais tempo para superar a péssima primeira impressão que teve dele. Mas pelo menos o epílogo foi fofo e acabou deixando um gostinho de quero mais.

I naturally do not like instalove books. It doesn't allow the reader to get invested in the story. Especially when it's short.

This one had zero emotions or connection between the characters.

The part where she said she owed him for moving her cats window house and then they had their spicy scene. It was an ick for me. See, as any form of payment is just a no unless they are already in a relationship.

Tempt Me, Fireman is a short, hot novella with sexy fireman Hunter and fiery red head Avery at odds and clashing with each other repeatedly. It’s so much fun to watch Avery sass him while Hunter is merely being a doting and helpful neighbor. Their chemistry is intense, and they way he is so respectful regardless of who or what he is dealing with is highly alluring and attractive. I totally adore this sweet insta-love!

While this short story moved super fast from enemies ‘of sorts’, to now you’re mine and I’m yours… it was still a rather cute/fun read! HOA busy bodies causing trouble 🙄 and a new neighbor that says they can all ‘F’ off 🤣 she’s a single lady with a cat (so obviously I was rooting for her, being a cat mom myself) and the eventual marriage proposal… the cat was a part of it!!!! 😍

A fun quick read. Avery is new to town living in her dad’s house in an HOA neighborhood. Hunter is her neighbor and unfortunately the HOA board rep who has to let her know she is in violation of the rules with her cat patio. Hunter and Avery have noticed each other and now he has the chance to meet her and knows it won’t go well. Fun watching them get together!

Avery into her father’s home after he has a heart attack but rubs the HOA group the wrong way. Fireman Hunter is quite taken with Avery from the start and offers her a place to stay when her smoke alarm goes off. Sparks fly immediately and these two almost combust. Cute ending ;) can’t wait for next book.

Neighbors who start off on the wrong foot. Enjoyed the attraction, as it’s mutual with both parties, but some wires get crossed. Liked the description of the typical HOA, there’s always someone who’s a stickler for the rules.

This was fun story that warmed my heart and makes you smile.

Hunter has notice Avery, but when the HOA starts trying to push their weigh, the push Hunter along with it, making it harder for Hunter win her heart.

Great read for a lazy afternoon.

Cute

Avery moves to town to be closer to her father after he has a heart attack. Hunter a fireman and also part of the Homeowners Association must deliver news to Avery.

She doesn't take is to well even though she finds Hunter to be handsome. You'll have to read it to find out if they keep breaking the rules.

While I did enjoy this. And their spice scene was great. The ending felt rushed. Like the first few chapters spent at each other's throats in a sense but then next thing they're fucking and madly in love. I'm all for insta-love/lust. But it just felt a bit rushed. But over all I enjoyed it.

This short adorable love story is sweet and funny. The.chracters come to life easily . This book has a great instalove connection between the main characters. It also introduces more characters which I can't wait to get to know better in the rest of this series. I really enjoyed this book.

Thirty eight pages almost guarantees it's insta-love so I don't think this is a spoiler...my only real issue is don't tell me in one sentence they are too afraid to open up and in the next tell me they are in love. Other than that it was a cute short read.

This is a short and sweet easy read novella. I enjoyed the storyline very much ans thought the characters were great. Romance and a little steam perfect for a lunch time read
