An artist in trouble, an ex without a conscience, and the hunky security guard who needs her trust.
In over her head, with a family to support and a company to run, everything hinges on Freya Larch. If she fails they could lose everything and she can’t allow that happen. Not again.
When Mitch Tate walks into her life he brings hope—and an attraction she hadn’t expected. Maybe she won’t have to fight alone, but who will protect her heart?
Will the price of his help be too high?

What a sweet story. Mitch comes along just when Freya needs him most. Sure, he’s hired to play a role, but that can’t keep the sparks from flying. He sees her in a way her ex never could - or cared to. They make quite the team as they go against Ralph’s plan to rule the world. Ok not the world, but the art studio she lovingly built. This is a quick and easy read with wonderful characters. Here’s to hoping we’ll see more of Freya, her sisters, and her friend Cindy.
32 and Something Blue is a short, clean, fun romance. This well written book has a controlling, maipulative ex you will love to hate, Freya who tries to help struggling artists and Mitch, hired by Cindy, Freya’s friend, as a body guard and pretend boyfriend. I love the characters in this sweet romance. I got so engrossed in their lives that I finished the book before I wanted to!
A good, clean story with an interesting conflict. Here the central characters are united in fighting a greedy and controlling ex for Freya the MC's passion project art gallery. I was a bit confused by the mega wealth Freya appears to have achieved through her career as an artist, but still, a good and short beach read and it's set in New Zealand. I always gravitate toward stories set in places, far or near, that I adore and New Zealand is high on that list.
I read a complimentary advance copy of the book; this is my voluntary and honest opinion.
She’s an artist and in over her head. Then Mitch Tate walks in and he brings her hope and attraction she didn’t expect. Maybe she won’t have to fight alone but who will protect her heart and will the price of his help be to much.
This was a really good read. I would recommend you read this book to find out what happens to the our artist and Mitch. I got this as an ARC and this is my honest opinion.
Freya owns a business to help struggling artists. Her ex partner is trying to steal the business from her. Her friend Cindy Meyer hires Mitch Tate, a body guard and pretend boyfriend for her. Together Freya and Mitch set out to save her business from her unscrupulous ex. A very good read, I really enjoyed it.
I received an advance review copy, ARC, for free, and I am leaving an honest opinion and voluntary review
Freya learns that her ex is trying to take over her art gallery after their split. Mitch comes into her life right when she needs someone to boost her moral. He is drawn to Freya and will do anything to help her keep the art gallery. Will it be enough and will their time spent together lead them along the road to happiness. I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book.
This was a really good read. I loved the family of sisters and how they supported each other. It was good to see the romance between Freya and Mitch build to bring them together especially with Ralph and Judith making as much trouble as they could. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a bit of romance in their lives.
Another delightful read by Cheryl Phipps. Freya is need of help to save her art gallery and Mitch steps in, but is he just the hired help or maybe something more? Would love to read more in the series
Artists! Strangly enough, about to give a ride to a family artist to the airport. Poor Freya. Family can be good and bad, depending on the day and the person. Luckily she has lots of supporters!
Freya's ex is up to something and she wants to stop him. Mitch works as a bodyguard but this time he is also his client's date. Sparks are flying with chemistry off the charts between these two. Loved seeing them work together to stop her ex. Once sweet romance as well as sisters being sisters. Looking forward to book 2.
