Several meals have come out less than pleasing. The pot pie tastes like a spoon full of thyme, the orange pork stir fry was oddly spicy for what it called for, the Thai peanut chicken was terrible and was not at all like it's namesake. The aroma of each dish hit the right notes, the flavor was not at all near the mark for what these dishes should deliver.

Just disappointed in general, we dove in and tried over a dozen of these and they are all just not what they should be - and if you have kids, there is a very good chance they won't touch these dishes.

The very first recipe in this book is one of my favorites, and my husband's! This was the first dish I ever cooked for him. Curry chicken with apples & raisins served over rice.

This book has many easy, delicious recipes like this one.
