An old but very readable book on Napoleonic campaigns following the disaster in Russia. People are usually vaguely aware of the 1812 and Waterloo campaigns, but unaware of 1813 and 1814. This is a well written guide, with the Waterloo chapters being exceptionally well written. The maps could be a little clearer to allow following of the action, but this is still a useful book.
