This book will make you question everything you thought you knew about hell—especially if you grew up Catholic/Christian. In an unbiased way, not attacking or singling out any particular denomination, the author makes a detailed, organized case for the fact that we’ve all been so clearly misled in the common interpretation of “hell”. The points made in the book are supported by scripture and referenced in detail. I found myself underlining, staring points, and writing “WOW” in the margins over and over. I’m now mindblown that “hell” is so widely accepted as truth. If you’ve ever wondered about the afterlife, or even are just curious about misguided church tradition, I couldn’t recommend this book more!

This book is a must-read for anyone who believes in the traditional idea of hell and eternal punishment. If you have ever felt confused why a loving God would send his people to such a place, or felt like it doesn’t sit right with you, please read this! It is such a thorough walkthrough of what the Bible ACTUALLY says about life after death and comes from a place of love and compassion.

Good theory which I always thought was the way it is. Gos is a living and forgiving god
