Wonderful book to learn how to cook Italian food during the pandemic. I learned how to make pomodoro sauce from scratch, pizza, garlic bread, spaghetti bolognese, and meatballs from scratch through this book. Everything tastes so much better fresh and made from home versus buying pre-made garlic bread from Safeway. First time making garlic bread from French bread, garlic, and butter, and was wow by how toasty and yummy it is making it by myself.
