This psychotronics weapon is an acoustic weapon, but it is completely different from what is commonly thought of as an acoustic weapon. The harm is caused by the realization and reproduction of the causal relationship model conceived by the victim. As it reacts to dopamine, it occurs any harm, with the prolongation of the period of harm, all behaviors become suppressed. There is no need for thought eavesdropping or words transmission. Therefore, it can be operated worldwide with the same system. Linguistic differences do not necessitate changes to the system. Its effect is weak and can be easily defended against temporarily (some are mentioned in this book), but it gradually and surely erodes the mind.

In extreme terms, the only task of this system is to continue emitting sound. With this alone, it can manifest symptoms of any mental disorder and any autonomic nervous system symptoms. And remarkably, the one "designing" these symptoms is the individual themselves. Therefore, there exist various variations. This psychotronics weapon assist the generation of unconscious hypothesis models, especially anxiety models. This system is a self-brainwashing system utilizing active inference. The outcome depends entirely on the individual.

About the author

I am a victim of neuroengineering weapons or psychotronics weapons. The latest edition is "A NEW ADHD CRIME: TARGETED INDIVIDUALS - Desire for Reproduction." It is very unfortunate that books and articles documenting the effects of these weapons and the Havana syndrome hardly touch upon the concept of "consciousness." Without addressing questions such as what the self is, what consciousness is, and what organisms are, we will never arrive at the truth of this criminal act.

Born on September 25, 1965, in Akita Prefecture, Japan. Graduated from Akita Municipal Akita Commercial High School in March 1984. Obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, specializing in Chinese history, from the Faculty of Letters at Gakushuin University in March 1989. Joined Hohan News Co., Ltd. (located in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo), a publisher specializing in the non-store retailing industry, in April of the same year. Retired from this position after a year and a half, subsequently working as a reporter for various trade newspapers until the age of 37. From November 2003, I joined Teikei Co., Ltd. (Tokyo) as a security guard and worked until February 2021. Since June 2006, I had been working as a parking warden at the company. From January 2021, I clearly recognized the damage caused by electronic harassment, and because it became difficult for me to continue working, I left the company in February and returned to my parents' home in Akita.
