This is an interesting book revealing many different and basic closing techniques. Most of these would set off my spidey sense and I do not think I would use most of them because they feel artificial and manipulative. Still, it is good to know what is used out there so one can try to limit the influence that can be exerted though these techniques.
Use enthusiasm to close the sale. Not any type of enthusiasm but controlled enthusiasm. Expect and be confident to sell and it will attract prospect in selling.
Make sure the person is a genuine prospect using the 4 categories: 1. need 2. use 3. afford 4. want
The book stresses the psychology of seller in order to close the buyer.
It's an amazing audiobook that consists of so many techniques on how to sell. I can recollect the previous incidents at which the sales approached me. They all are similar to the techniques told here. Some of them are: - Which one shall I book for you? - Shall we go with this? - Listing pros and cons, but tilting on pros; and - many more.
Quick fire book on selling and closing techniques. On a lighter note, though I a not in sales it’s a good learning on how to avoid pesky sales calls. End of the day as leaders at work, there is always some internal sales to do. This gives some tips on HOD to navigate those waters.
This is a book I need to reread often until I learn all of these skills. So very helpful even though I am not in sales. There is a lot to learn about confidence in sharing our offering.
Kort bok med en massa små psykologiska tekniker man kan använda för att förbättra sannolikheten att sälja någonting till en kund. Ska kolla igenom igen när jag ska prata med barer etc.
Great book on sales! If you're a beginner in sales, I'd highly recommend it. If you've been in the field for a while, there are still nuggets of wisdom to gather from it, so even then I'd recommend a reading. He gives you word-for-word certain closes and responses to objections, as well as the psychology behind closing sales. Definitely a must-read if you're in the sales field.
A short book that is freely available in pdf format on internet. Very basic techniques. I listened to audiobook, and then read the book in the matter of 3 hours. Not inspiring, yet practical.
