Good summary for anyone living or dealing with a narcissist.
I bought this book for my stepdad so he can see in writing what my sister and I have been telling him for years. We didn't know what we were dealing with with our Mom until we were in our 60's . It took years of setting boundaries for me to
visit her for more than a day. This book is a great start but don't stop here. There are so many books and articles that will help you.

Concise and helpful
Trey almost comes across as having dated my girlfriend! His description of the narcissist hit me right between the eyes. Finally I have a name for the problem, along with some strategies. But of course if I need to end it, I'm not going to feel guilty about it. Thanks Trey for providing some much needed relief.
