Since 2008 I have grown to love the Daniel Fast. During these 21-days of fasting I feel healthier and more alive physically, intellectually, emotionally and spiritually (We call this our PIES) than any other time. I also love to eat and I love breakfast. Admittedly I was a bit hesitant to give up my eggs, bacon and pancakes. But what I found was a whole new world of healthy breakfast foods. I think you’ll be amazed at how much you’ll enjoy the breakfasts in this book. I truly enjoyed it because the recipes were really simple, were things I could easily find at my local grocery as well as quick to make. There was only one recipe that I probably wouldn't try because of an ingredient that is only used once in the whole book. It also agrees with my gluten free diet.
