Do you know your "toll tag" and license plate is read at several places within your city and not just for the "speeding ticket" or toll booth?. Read the "Transmissions" for a good idea of data collection and wireless devices.
"Dev Manning, IT Private Investigator" it's and amazing techno-novel. But you need to find the first chapters on previous 2600 issues.
Finally, if you want to know someone truly paranoid but amazingly good at OPSEC, read "All I want is Total Freedom" by lifeguard.
